"Very disappointed that the total cost of the stay was payable upon arrival even though my booking paper work clearly said there was nothing owing. When this was booked in November I had ample funds available and was happy to pay the whole amount. However, because this payment was not taken, it put a real dampner on the activities we were able to afford whilst staying. "
