"The woman at the front desk was very pleasant. We were given slips to fill out to order our complimentary breakfast, which was delivered to our door the next morning. There was complimentary coffee, tea, water, cookies, fruit, and danishes in the lobby. Our room didn’t have a balcony, but there was a wonderful view of the sound. Our linens were clean and the bed provided a comfortable night’s sleep. I loved how customizable the A/C unit was, which included a remote you could remove from the wall...

"For a family of 4 it was perfect spot for vacation. We got there early and asked if it was okay to park and walk to the beach since it’s a 2 min walk. Our check in wasn’t until 4 and we got there about 12pm. To our surprise the lady at the front desk said of course we could and while waiting to be checked in we could also use the pool and bathrooms for anything. That was amazing to us because most hotels don’t allow that til time of check In. Once 4 o cook hit we checked in with no problem...

"Very impressed, first time staying at the Double Tree and was not disappointed. Restaurant on site was good. Construction was going on but wasn't a issue during the weekend. I will be staying again. Had a room that wasn't ocean front but had side view to see ocean. Next time I stay I will try to get a room with ocean front. Walking distance to get ice cream across the street. Cookies that was complimentary was great. "
