I would recommend this person is trained in being more approachable and clearer on the phone. The booking date was amended with the booking agency and the problem...

"Easily accessed other suburbs, felt I was situated right in the middle of the places I wanted to see. Only thing I would suggest, with the colder weather, have a blanket in the cupboard for us cold ppl, who need extra warmth in bed. "
