“Nice hotel, friendly staff”
Entrance to the hotel is located right next to metro station, which is very convenient. It is also on the same line with Belorusskaya station which makes transfer to Sheremetyevo airport a breeze.Neighbourhood is hardly glamorous, just your regular urban scene. Hotel is located on the top floors of a high rise. Very clean smaller rooms with extremely comfortable beds. Cheap in-room mini-bars. No coffee makers. Awesome continental breakfast. We highly recommend the place.
“Very impressed”
We thought the location, amenities (which included a disco bar with a D.J. who sang) friendliness of the staff and overall appearance of the hotel was great. In Russia the hotel staff don't often speak much English which can be a problem but the staff at Maxima spoke excellent English and were most helpful. It was very nice for the money.
“Very good option”
There are some more comfortable hotels in Moscow but there are also many more expensive than that one. Moscow is not a cheap city therefore a ratio: quality to money, offered by "Maxima Panorama" is just excellent! If anything could be better, it is breakfast - food was OK, however spending there five days I found the menu a bit humdrum (limited selection, always the same). Anyway, it was not a big problem. I have been to Moscow fourth time (always in business) and certainly will use this hotel again.
“Great transport location and good value for money”
I had never heard of this hotel and was dubious, but it was the best value on offer and close to a metro station so that was good enough for me. Little did I realise that the Metro entrance was right outside the hotel entrance and that Paveletskaya (where the train to Domodedovo airport leaves from) was one stop down the line and Belorusskaya (where the train to Sheremetyevo leaves from) was only a few stops further down the line. Don't go there expecting to be able to walk outside and find good shops and restaurants, but clean comfortable rooms, which are quiet and peaceful, wireless internet (not very fast) and a buffet breakfast that isn't the best but allowed me to fuel up for the day. Would definitely go there again
“Good price and great location--highly recommended”
I was very happy with the accommodations at Maxima Panorama. The cost of the hotel was quite reasonable when I stayed there in early March, though a week later, for a one-night stay, I had to pay considerably more because suddenly it was high season (I think that was true). The hotel is in a mixed commercial and residential area, so not an address near any of the tourist destinations. It had the great advantage of being right at the Avtosavodskaya metro station (you exit the station, the hotel is a few steps away). This made travel into the center very easy (travel time to Teatralnaya about 15 minutes) Connection with Air Express to either Domodedovo or Sheremetovo was also very simple. The few times I spoke to anyone at the desk, the person on duty spoke English. The room was clean and quiet. The breakfast was hearty and free. Complaints? The mini-bar fridge did not generate any coolness let alone cold.
“comfortable and reasonable Hotel”
The Hotel maxima Panorama provides a reasonable hotel service and there is a metro immediately outside with 3 stops to red square and kremlin. The rooms are spotless and comfortable with lots of soaps shampoo towels etc. There was a problem finding it for taxi drivers because the front entrance is not clear and the rear secure car park has no signs upon the electronic gates. The reception staff all spoke good English and were friendly helpful. unfortunately the restaurant closes at 11 pm and if like me you haven't finished eating you will be asked to leave! the main course came before I had finished the soup and they offered the bill before I had completed my meal ,OOPS,Breakfast lots of choice but remember your ticket or you will have to go back to your room for it.
“Very decent”
Pretty satisfied overall. Staff were helpful and courteous. Rooms were well maintained and comfortable. And it is in a very convenient location for transport, right next to Avtozavodskaya metro station. On the negative side: the breakfast offer was pretty average; the room cleaning was a little bit unpredictable - some days the room was cleaned, while I was down for breakfast, other days at various random times during the day and on one occasion it hadn't been when I came in as late as 1800. Oh, and the Dr Oetker Ristorante frozen pizzas served in the Lobby Bar as the only food option were pretty unexciting to say the least. Did not try the restaurant. Either way I'd go back there.
