The hotel was really nice the staff are so friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent and I will recommend this hotel if you like to stay on the weekend. And enjoy your quiet time.

The hotel was quite far out of the city but the train service was efficient. There were not any toiletries in the bathroom supplied. We were there for 3 nights and the coffee mild mini bar was not refreshed each day. The rooms especially the Deluxe are very small. The breakfast was great!l

The staff was poor. Items missing from our room or needing restocking were difficult to get and required many visits to the front desk. All around staff didn’t follow through and didn’t give our requests a level of priority. We were very disappointed with this visit and how our needs were not met and/or ignored.

The hotel is a short walk from the nearby subway train and is well kept and comfortable. Lots of shopping and food options are within walking distance. We were disappointed to discover that while laundry facilities are listed as an amenity, they do not have on site washers and dryers for use but instead end our clothing to be washed by others. Note that laundromats can be found in Munich as needed.

Very helpful reception. The sink was blocked in my bathroom and first time I talked to the reception who said to send a maintenance immediately. Unfortunately I found the problem was still there when I came back from business. Second time, Andre proposed to change a room for me. Very considerate and re located my room not far away!

Very comfortable room and better so had 2 good nights of sleep. Other positives: (A) Staff were very friendly (B) They happily looked after my bags at reception prior to check-in rather than me having to leave them at the Messe I ate dinner in the bar since it a bit quieter for a solo traveller with a tablet for company. Bar staff were great. Marked down for (1) only one complementary bottle of water for two-night stay (comfort) (2) towels were replaced even when hung up (eco)

We were delayed in Abu Dhabi for 18 hours we emailed the hotel to keep our room because we had paid from the Sunday we arrived on the Monday morning at 9 o’clock and they given Irene the way they put us in a room which we hadn’t paid for it was terribly dusty I actually went downstairs and vomited because it made me cough and I’ve got allergies so I demanded they put us in a better room clean a room we had to wait till 330 in the afternoon have asked for a refund they said to contact you guys it’s not their business we want a refund for the Sunday night because we did not get into the room until Monday at 3:30 we clean the room for an hour and a half the only positive experience of that place was a beautiful girl named Enza who was on every night and was so caring apart from that I would not recommend this hotel and I would still like a refund from you guys apparently they couldn’t give us a refund for that first night so can someone please contact me ASAP

The room were nice and comfortable as expected for an H4 hotel. The hallways carpet due to covid I believe they ruined but this is in any hotel here in europe as it is in the USA. Breakfast wise very good with a lot of varieties to choose. Overall, a good experience and my wife and I will continue utilizing this hotel instead of the Holiday inn. The only one that match in quality is Regent hotels.

The staff were not friendly or welcoming at all. When first arrived I asked about the gym for the morning and the guy at reception didn’t have a clue what to do or where it was and sent me to the other hotel next door. The the security women was rude about us being at the other hotel when we had just been sent there by reception! Then in the morning it was almost impossible to find the gym! It was so badly signposted!! Room was very nice and bed was comfy but overall disappointed service let the hotel down.

Functional for the Messe
H4 is well located for the Messe convention center, is clean, has a good restaurant and bar - Check in, and front desk service in general was not at Before Corona levels.

Good for a stay with car but expensive parking fee
The hotel was very nice with good mattresses and bedding. The breakfast was expensive at €13 per person and did not warrant this charge. The listing said free parking was included at the hotel. This is misleading: While there IS limited free on-street parking, none was available when we arrived, so we had to pay €18 per night to park in the garage. No discount was offered for hotel guests despite the hotel having clear management of it and signage indicating this.

Nice transit hotel on outskirts of Munich
Comfortable rooms with nice beds, great breakfast, nice dining and shopping options (shopping mall nearby) and easy parking, although the hotel parking is rather expensive but it's possible to find a place on the street, at least on a Saturday night. Some aspects of rooms could use fix-ups (broken toilet seat, broken electrical outlets, bathroom doors where the lock doesn't work). Could use more help at the front desk, when we checked in the poor man (very helpful BTW) working there kept getting phone calls while trying to help guests and he was alone for it all. Not very convenient for visiting the city center.

Clean and comfortable
Enjoyed our stay at this hotel. It’s a bit out of the city centre but located not too far (600m) from a subway station and a mall so it was convenient for us. The room was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Street parking is free but if you want to park in the building, it’s €18/day. Will definitely stay here again.
