Close to Train Station
Great Location for catching train to airport. 3-5 min walk. Hotel was nice. We were only there for a few hrs to catch a 6am flight. My only complaint is that our room faced the street we were on the 4th floor but it felt like the people on the street were standing next to our bed how LOUD they were! Better sound proof windows would be a great improvement otherwise good hotel.

First, the location being next to the rail was great! Having traveled by train, it was very convenient to be able to walk to the hotel with our luggage. The hotel is clean and the free breakfast put it over the top. Even though you’re next to the rail and a busy street, you don’t hear any noise from the room. The money saved from using the SBaun and a free meal, we were able to splurge on dinner. There’s a few restaurants in walking distance and we found the Chinese restaurant basically 300m from the hotel to have a great menu and it’s very delicious! Would definitely stay here again!

Great location near SBahn. Clean, superb breakfast, excellent staff who all speak English. Manager Marenke very understanding. Chris on front desk excellent. Flights cancelled but they accommodated us for extra night without needing to change rooms. This was our 5th visit and we will definitely be back when visiting The Munich Christmas Markets.

Our first choice Munich hotel
We’ve stayed here a number of times before. There’s always a friendly, helpful welcome. Nothing ever seems to be too much trouble. Facilities great. Location great for reaching Munich and also for getting about. This is our first choice hotel when we visit Munich. We will return. It’s as case of when not if. Highly recommended.

Despite being right next to several railway tracks, our room was very quiet. The bed was very comfortable, the bathroom had ample counter space and good water pressure in the shower. Staff were friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. The location was ideal for access to public transit.

Everything was great nice rooms for a great prices … only complaint I have is that we asked for a crib for our 1yr old but never received but everything else was great !!

Value for the money could be better
The room was nice, but the bed not to our liking, even the pillows felt like sandbags. Housekeeping came every day, but didn’t replace coffee or creamer, didn’t clean cups and exchanged a dirty towel with one that had a big rip in it. I would say the best thing was breakfast, a really nice buffet with everything from Müsli to pancakes, rolls to croissants, eggs , spreads, meats and cheeses. The location was likewise not to bad, easy access to the tram and only a few stops to town. However, it was not cheap and I felt the value for the money could have been better.

The staff is super friendly, the rooms are great and it was something great to me that the tv of your room had your name in the welcome message. The only thing that they need to improve is the breakfast, it'd be great if the buffet had more variety

Hotel was very new, modern & clean. Really enjoyed the thought in putting together the room (lights, outlets, etc). Staff was also very nice and accommodating and could speak English well which is always nice as an American traveller. Train was a very short walk which was very convenient including a short ride into the city center. Supermarkets and ATM nearby so had everything you needed in a close walking distance. Would definitely book again.

My room had carpet with many stains and walls with marks. A litlle steam cleaning and paint is highly recommended. Everything worked though AC was struggling. Located in a very new part of Munich the area can feel isolated and sterile even though it is only three stops from main station. Public transport is very convenient. Breakfast is also solid.
