"The staff were extremely friendly and helpful. It was our first time to Lembongan so the gentleman helped us find our way around and organised a moped for us to rent for only $7 AUD! The rooms were very nice with aircon and clean bedding. The pool was lovely and the views were absolutely amazing! Would recommend StafFish for anyone looking for a nice relaxing place to stay. "

"The people who work here are beyond amazing. Very courteous, thoughtful, helpful individuals. The food was top notch. Oddly, I miss their version of chimichangas! If you look at google maps, there’s a shortcut down the hill to the beach. I walked it every day. Honestly, I walked to the yellow bridge and to Ceningan as well. The dogs barking at night was my only complaint. Everything else was perfect! Thank you for having us!"

"Awesome views from all around the property. Loved falling asleep to the sound of the waves crashing. The stairs down to the bathroom were a bit of a pain at night time, especially when it was raining, but this was manageable. Shower water only runs hot for around 2 minutes, then goes cold. "The pool and view outweigh the inconvenience of the location which wasn't that bad. The staff was great. One word of caution would be the steps from bottom to top aren't for everyone. If I had some sort of physical limitation, I wouldn't stay here. We enjoyed our stay and would say the experience was the best week out of 5 weeks we were in Bali. "

"The view is amazing. The pool looks amazing. The pool had broken light in the water and exposed wires ! It wasn’t switched on but looked dangerous. There was no hot water available in the bathroom during our stay. The outdoor shower area was very dirty and the sliding door did not slide at all. The slide fittings were rusted and needed to be repaired. The staff were friendly. The mosquito net was full of holes and had dirty stains all over it. The umbrellas at the pool are completely broken...

"Amazing all around! Everything was above expectations - the whole staff goes above and beyond in meeting requests. Everyone is friendly and kind. We felt so welcome and at ease.
