I checked in, but the lights didn’t work in the room. It took 30 minutes to get moved to the room next door. The key was sitting on the counter, but the desk clerk was chatting on the phone and had me stand there, no other customers. The room was in eyeshot and no one had to clean it, I just patiently waited for no reason. I had to kill cockroach when I was in the room. The room definitely needed some repairs. Other than that, it was fine.

When you approached the counter, our staff was on a call with another customer and she did not acknowledge you..We are renovating the ground floor rooms and it was unfortunate that our carpenter had forgotten to turn back on the circuit board. Our sincere apologies Ma'am for the inconveniences caused at the start of your stay. Please allow us to redeem ourselves on your next visit. Upon arrival, I didn’t feel welcomed. But staff was able to check me in and provide me with information needed. In addition, they booked an early taxi to pick me up and drop me off at the airport at the rate of 10FJD. The taxi was on time and waiting outside the lobby when I appeared 5 mins earlier. The bedsheets are not clean as they have stains. Several lizards on the wall and as soon as the room is open, they entered the room as well. I only stayed there one night due to an early flight. It probably takes about 10 mins to walk to the airport terminals, but there are lots of cars and the streets don’t appear walkable.

The property was under renovations and the website did not show or state that. Also, once the reservation was made, an email was sent asking if I wanted the hotel shuttle to pick me up. I said yes but the hotel doesn't have a shuttle. Had to take a taxi.

The property provides dirty towels and floor towels to clients, drinking glasses are very dirty and old. Swimming pool water stinks and needs urgent attention. There is no tv or internet in the hotel. I regret making a booking at this hotel. 😪

Bula Prashant! Thank you for your review. First of all, we do not give out dirty bath towels or bath mats. Our front office team informed you that you can access the internet only from the lobby. The staff even advised you to go on an excursion as TV coverage is only in some rooms. All guests are informed of the TV and internet at check-in. If the pool was stinky, then none of the guests would be swimming in the pool. It was the Easter week-end and most guests were in the pool. Sorry that our hotel was not meant for you. Vinaka!.

Customer service was poor. No excess to take luggage up and down easily. Upon request for assistance, no response. Though the airport is near, shuttle charged and what was terrible, the driver did not to provide assistance to lift luggage . No courtesy to help a lady. I would suggest t If the staff can improve customer service .

Why you should avoid this hotel at all costs
Terrible choice for a stay. Rooms do not have WiFi. The WiFi at the reception hardly works. We didn’t get clean cups, spoon or a working kettle. Bedsheets were unclean. We found small insects in the room. Since we were transiting the location was perfect. Staff were friendly too. Overall I would never recommend this property to anybody.

On the website it showed they peovidefree wifi. No wifi was provided. Room had no curtains and the AC was broken and when i requested a fan they said they dont have. Terrible service. I suffered alot. I had a 12 hr layover at fiji so had to take all my luggage from the airport. My bad luck that i booked this hotel it added on to my suffering

The twin room we checked in first did not have curtains, towels, electric cattle, no wifi and tv not working. The air condition was not cool. Later was transferred to another room, but still no wifi and tv not working. However, rooms were just renovated and looks neat but still lack somethings as promised on advertism.

we were never sent a taxi for pickup as was been told. checking time was 2pm reached hotel 2.30pm still was been asked to wait for the room to get cleaning done when we were told that all checkout is due at 11am, still room wasnt ready when we reached at 2.30pm. when we argued then we were given other room which was dirty as. hand basin was all dirty with someone spitting on it with cough. we were told to wait for the towel for an 1 cos it was in the laundry when it is hotels resposibility to have everything ready for next booked customer. please look in to your staff so they should now how to talk to the customer and visitors. if checkouts are done at 11 and checkins are at 2pm you have ample time to clean and have everything ready. to me its an hopeless service. thanks
