"Staff is very friendly and tried their best to help. As we happened to book the wrong room for 3 nights and the luxury room was available for the 2nd and 3rd night, staff helped to upgrade us to the room with a small fee difference. She even briefed us on the facilities of the rooms which we were grateful about. The toilets have a musky smell but they provided air refreshener and even gave us biscuits as a compensation. "It is very convenient, we stayed 3 nights in here. It is only 5 mins walk to the Naha Kokusai Dori Shopping Street, Bus Terminal, and the monorail station. And there are 3 convenient stores dowstairs. Although the room might be a little small, it is normal to the hotel in the urban area in Japan. Anyway, it is a reat place to stay if you stay in Naha and travel around."
