Hotel OK, dangerous shower
The hotel is basic. The room and bathroom were surprisingly clean, including the mattress and bedsheets. However, the overall impression was marred by stains on the walls and bed base, pipes and cables exposed. Only one towel was provided, and there was no soap in the room. The noise from the street and the corridor was loud. Like other reviewers, during my shower I encountered a concerning issue – the water heater in the shower head started sparking very brightly. I know little about electricity, but I'm going to go out on a limb and say it's life-threatening. I only stayed for 3 hours to wash and rest before the flight, so it served its purpose. We survived the shower.

I liked that the staff was very polite and friendly. But the water pump was directly under my room so it was pretty loud even at night

I only ended up staying one night because there were no fans in the room and so the window had to stay open for air circulation and it was incredibly loud all night. The hotel was clean and the staff were very friendly and helpful, but the amenities were pretty bare bones and the lack of fan and the noise made it pretty difficult to sleep.

Let’s just say the pictures online are the opposite of what it actually is. The area is dingy as in homeless people sleeping outside the front door. You are better off sleeping at a truck stop. We paid for 2 nights! We arrived at midnight and by day break we were out of there!!!! DONT DO IT

Central clean functional room but poor WiFi
Cheap but clean functional room in the heart of cbd with a comfortable bed and hot water. Friendly staff. Downsides were WiFi being very inconsistent kept disconnecting and a huge mosque located around the corner. Prepare to be woken up at 4am every night. Not impressed with the breakfast/on site canteen.

This is my second time staying at Hotel Embassy. The rooms are older and have some issues and the internet is not reliable, but overall, I still like this place very much. The main staff are kind. The restaurant is comfortable and has tasty food (though sometimes inconsistent), and the guests are truly international. :)

Very good hotel. The rooms are well equipped, clean and comfortable. Staff very nice and friendly. Ideal place and the best value for money if you want to be close to the central Nairobi. The restaurant one of the cheaper but with great quality and variety of food. Would recommend and would stay again here.

The place is ok for the price which is low. The reason I gave them low review is I booked this hotel for a friend and included breakfast in the selection and paid for it. However, they charged him for the breakfast again even though he told them that it was paid with the reservation. This is fraud and I ma disappointed with the hotel.

A little gem near the markets
Centrally located, well priced, clean and secure. Staff all helpful and friendly. Twin room bathroom set up a little unusual. Shower inside door and then toilet at back of room (wet floor post shower to reach the toilet). No fan but staff found us a stand-up fan which was needed. Lovely restaurant/dining area with good food. Included breakfast in room rate also very good. Would stay here again.

Great location
Great location, affordable nice people at reception and an amazing breakfast. They need to improve on their entertainment system in the room and yeah, their WiFi sucks.

Inexpensive, convenient, low end hotel.
Positives: It was a good location in the city center. There was a guard and friendly workers at the front desk. Bed was nice. The price was cheap. Negatives: The hotel room was small and not in great condition. The room barely fit more than a bed. They had loud construction at the hotel going on during the day so you couldn't sleep until evening.

God location and you get what you pay for
It is in a very good location and the price in very affordable. The hotel had missed our reservation so the rooms were not ready when we arrived. We had to wait 20 min 4 a clock in the morning. They have breakfast for compensation but we were to tired to be able to use it. If you have a room facing the market it will get noice about 4-5 in the morning.

Хорошее расположение в самом центре, рядом кафе, супермаркет. Минус - маленькая раковина, причем расположена в жилой комнате, а не в ванной, угол крана таков, что струя воды сразу разлетается брызгами по всей комнате. Мало розеток. Душ нормально не нагревается, вода едва теплая
