When we realised we won't be in before 7, I tried to call the number on the Expedia confirmation email. This wasnt the hotel but switchboard gave me the number for hotel. It took me 5 tries and waiting in the phone for over 30 mins to get hold of someone. The information on Expedia, their website and the waiting music information for opening times ate all different. If I had a choice I wouldnt have stayed, it was revolting but I didnt want to alarm my family. I washed everything but next day all of us had diarrhoea.

I personally can not imagine hotels with no air conditioning, this is simply crucial to me. The apartments are really tiny ones, the bedroom is hard to fit a couple in. The smell of rooms is somehow weird, I didn’t like it

Perfect size room with a kitchenette and good sized bathroom. Only negative is that we would have liked a larger selection of cutlery and cooking utensils. We will definitely stay here again.

Quick check in, lovely Reception staff, very clean foyer. Well equipped apartment, ok size but no air conditioning. The room was over 29 degrees each night. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable too. My son enjoyed the pool which was never overly busy. The hotel is in a great location for shopping and restaurants. There is also a grocery shop around the corner. I would stay again but maybe not in Summer because of the heat.

No aircon- avoid
No aircon. Spent a very hot and uncomfortable night at this hotel. It is a modern building, so why not put in some aircon. We had windows open but could not sleep due to street noise

Clean & comfortable but beware if you arrive late.
The fact that I couldn’t get in on my first night wasn’t great especially after a long journey! If you plan accommodation you really hope to be able to get in. It wasn’t very late (before 9pm) but the phone number for late arrivals wasn’t answered and timings for the reception being closed were different. However, the room was clean and comfortable when I did manage to gain access the following day. It would be helpful if there was a better system if you arrive in the evening.

Good equiped apartment, clean and comfortable. Completely unprofessional and unhelpful staff. Tried to get correct invoice from few weeks, but no answer from reception. Additional during check out I was waiting several minutes for anyone, even it was during working hours

Nice location, but that’s it. No service, fire alarm in the middle of the night because teenagers smoke weed, and a loud bang at 5am.. thought it was a bomb.

Apartment very smart and modern but no hand towels or wine glasses. However, we had to remove our rubbish and take it to bins across the road and it also said to leave the CLEANED flat which I took to mean we had to clean it! Clean, neat and tidy I understand but actually cleaning! Maybe just a language problem!

One-night stay in Nancy
We stay at Nemea - Appart-Hotel Nancy Grand Coeur one night on our way from the UK to Italy. The hotel is brand new. The room was very clean and comfortable if a tad small for a family of four. The location is excellent, walking distance to the city centre and the beautiful Place Stanislas.

Good accommodation but not ready
We were in a new location in Nancy. The hotel had no branding so it took us about 6 times of driving around the location before finding it. We have a 3 year old that was really excited about the pool but the pool was not ready yet, if this was communicated before our stay we could have prepared him. However this was only communicated upon arrival. I think it will be a great stay in a few months but it was not ready yet for our stay.

Personnel très sympathique et agréable. Propreté de l’appartement assez moyenne. La literie était irréprochable mais la vaisselle et les sols étaient vraiment limites. Piscine agréable et situation dans Nancy pratique pour circuler à pieds.

Excellent rapport qualité prix pour un des seuls hôtels avec piscine à Nancy ! Personnel accueillant et serviable. Bien situé dans la quartier Charles III à quelques minutes à pied des bars et restaurants. Quelques minutes de plus et vous êtes sur la magnifique place Stanislas Prendre le parking car il est difficile de stationner dans le secteur. Les horaires sont respectés à la minute près, pas la peine d'arriver plus tôt ! Petit déjeuner simple mais très correct.
