Liked the pool my grandkids enjyed that. But the owner & his assistant are very rude !! I had food delivered to my room and it was someone I knew so we talked for a few minutes and then the manager came to my door and told me and my grandkids to leave immediately because they don't allow visitors but when the food arrived the the assistant was in the room fixing the TV and didn't say anything about it so I told them I wanted my refund they said NO YOU LEAVE WITH NO REFUND BECAUSE YOU SIGNED THE LITTLE ELECTRONIC PAD AND IT SAYS NO VISITORS!! SO THEY GAVE ME NO MONEY OR IF I WANTED TO STAY I HAD TO PAY ANOTHER 200 DEPOSIT BECAUSE I BROKE THE RULES SO ME AND MY KIDS HAD TO LEAVE AT 3;30 AM TO GO FIND SOME PLACE TO STAY !! THEY ARE RUDE AND EVIL I WOULDN'T WANT MY DOG TO STAY THERE THEY WOULD PROBABLY THRO JIM TO THE STREET!,,,! SO BEWARE!!! DON'T BE FOOLED AND ROBBED!!

A cheap hotel that over charges. Room wasn’t cleaned and we found several hairs on sheets and in the shower. Sofa bed was ripped and my brother had to sleep on it two nights. Shower faucet was falling apart. Hotel needs to invest in up keeping premises with the money it charges.

Stay was generally fine, you get what you pay for. Room was refreshed daily. Free breakfast was ok. Neutral on this one, nothing to rave about, nothing to complain about. For a similar purposed trip I'd stay here again.

When I arrived at 2am on 4/6 I was told that my stay for 4/5 would be decreased due to the time I arrived. Imagine my surprise when I checked out I was charged for the entire stay. When entering my room I noticed something on the pillow that I thought was a bug, but it was lint. So, this prompted me to pull the covers back and I found two big hairs in the bed. I called the attendant and he “up graded” me and my family to a “suite”! Before leaving the room I noticed the bathroom had a leak by the toilet. The next room was dirty as well; the bathroom sink and tub were not clean. I used one of the towels and the soap to clean the sink and the tub as best as I could. This place is situated by the highway and the windows are old, so we heard every single car that passed by. The place is by a pool hall and it looks and feels as though you are in a rough part of the city. If my trip was longer I would have changed hotels. I will never use this hotel again.

Very clean and super nice staff. However the hot tub was broken and that’s the whole reason I picked this hotel. The pool was freezing as well so the kids didn’t even swim. Pretty disappointing

They charged me $40 dollars extra for my kids! I paid them, and after I checked out because of the conditions and bad treatment from the staff!! I checked out at 9:15pm the same night. And the only thing that was used was towels and the bathroom. They took an extra $100 off my card without my permission!!

Upon booking the stay I was never notified it would be an $100 deposit, the”heated pool” was ice cold, and the hot tub wasn’t even half way filled. I had my wife and daughter along with me so we wanted to use the pull out sofa it had stains on it and no linen, I asked attendant and he gave me a sheet, and thin duvet cover, and told me this will keep her warm, I went back and demanded a comforter and he said he didn’t know if he had anymore, he found one though. I demand my money back!!

Although the room was nice, there was no hot water and we are in the middle of winter! I tried calling the service desk and no one answered. When we left the hotel for an outing, there was no one at the desk. When we got back, a man was sitting at the desk and I immediately told him that there was no hot water. Instead of addressing my statement, he yelled that I could not park in front of the door. I informed him that I didn’t park in front of the door that I had taken an Uber. I reiterated that we had no hot water. He then stated that we would have hot water by morning. However, the hot water never came.

On arrival went to lobby bathroom and both toilets had been defecation on and full Put us in a room that the door didn't lock and had dead liquefied rat behind a non working refrigerator so they switched our room and we had to leave the hotel for a drink all vending was empty the nex morning we were putting together the day bed and there was a pill of some kind in-between the seat where my son was sitting went down for breakfast 6 am sat til 7am never even brought on thing out breakfast out the never did so we had to leave and get food this was the worst hotel i had ever been in

Checked in on December 29 2023 to no hot water in rooms... paid extra for the jacuzzi suite that could not use nor could i get a refund. Checking out on January 1 2024 to still no hot water. Been told 3 different plumbers are fixing issue but no results and no discount or accommodation offered for hotel that has no hot water and the pool is not heated as well... WORST HOTEL EVER !!!!

Never again .
Absolutely no customer service. Rooms smelled rancid and they only sprayed the room and expected us to stay there. When we approached the front to check in they told us check in was at 3pm we got there at 2 so we waited in the main lobby. At around 2:25pm the employee that told us check in was at 3 called the manager and approached us like they were going to remove us from the premisses for doing something wrong. I checked in; no “good afternoon” just blank stares expecting us to do the work for them. The dryers in the laundry don’t work and the breakfast buffet wasn’t cleaned regularly. Not to mention the regular LOUD noise of the train that passes right behind the hotel that will most definitely keep you up at night.
