"Our stay was okay overall. The hotel itself was decent and had everything we needed, but the experience was a bit inconsistent. Some staff members were friendly, helpful, and went out of their way to provide great service, while others seemed uninterested and not particularly welcoming.
The room was comfortable enough, although the bed was not as nice as I would have expected in a 5 star - it was quite hard and uncomfortable. The location was convenient, but the mixed level of service made it difficult to know what to expect from day to day. With more consistency in customer service, this could be a much better experience. Not a bad stay, but there is definitely room for improvement."
