The property is well maintained, very clean, organized, people is friendly and attentive and the BEST PART is definitely the BEACH, the beach is amazing, the clear crystal blue color was definitely a deal breaker for my husband and I.. we can’t wait to return.

The pros: super clean rooms, even though we had a AC leak which isn’t uncommon they fixed it immediately, cleaned our room twice a day wonderfully. Buffet food was better than the restaurants, loads of options and all had flavor! Chicken hut on the beach was delicious! Entertainment staff were great! Really child friendly. Clean beautiful property. The cons: service is slow as expected in Jamaica, except for this one women at the pool Teodeen, who was absolutely magical! The cafe shop staff were just not it, they seemed annoyed everytime anyone went in there and honestly at times rude. Not many options of restaurants, and you can only book two days out and if your a big party like us (4 rooms) we had to literally download the app and like book at the same time to reserve the 6:30pm slot as the other a lot was 8:15pm and if you were too slow you would lose the reservation as they booked quickly, which was annoying so we only went to two restaurants and that was it. Steak house was an extension of the buffet and the Japanese hibachi place was super basic not impressed at all. Food at the restaurant wasn’t good but the buffet was great! Also there are some bugs that literally eat you alive there, we thought mosquitoes but heard it may be sand fleas, either way half our group was bitten so bad they scratched to blood! Bring bug spray!!! Overall good stay!

I had a timeeee at this resort , the lamb chops at the Italian Restaurant were so good!!! My whole trip was so fun I didn’t miss a meal , everything was great! Even tho it wasn’t all adult resort I forgot and it didn’t stop anyone there from having fun !! 10/10

The housekeeping staff was phenomenal. 10/10 service. The property was clean and well kept and the wild life made it very tropical with the sounds of birds and insects. I would definitely recommend.

The staff here was very friendly and accommodating of young kids. The beach was perfect for little kids as well, with calm, warm and shallow waters. The food was decent, and it was relatively easy to get reservations at the several restaurants onsite. The pool was great and there seemed to be a lot of entertainment options for the adults too. I read a lot of reviews about the transfer services from the airport - when you make the booking, the hotel will send you a form to fill out with your arrival information. You won't get any confirmation but Destination Services will have your arrival info. it was an easy process. we would definitely go back to this hotel.
