"We loved having a whole house to ourselves, complete with a mostly full kitchen! We felt safe and secure because of the gated entrance. Having the office closed at 5:00 most days was a bit challenging at times as we were often touring during the day and had questions in the evening. But when we were able to ask our questions, they were very helpful!"

"Das Chaelt war (bis auf wirklich Kleinigkeiten) sehr sauber. Es war wirklich alles vorhanden. Die Ausstattung war wunderschön, groß, modern und gemütlich. Einzig ein wenig Wiese htte den Fellnasen gefehlt. Wir hatten eine riesige, umzäunte Terasse, aber leider kein Stück Wiese. Da aber der Strand ganz nah war und die Temperaturen auch fürdie Fellnasen nicht so waren, dass sie sich draußen hingelegt haben, stellte das dann doch kein Problem dar. Chalet A26. " Nice styled petached property with everything you need and beautiful park. - Although the park states everywhere for leasure only, no work vans allowed on site, there were builders onsite, sitting outside till midnight and then waking us up at 6am with the large van running its engine on the spot, waiting for various people to be picked up. "We are very pleased, especially with staff. They were all very friendly in a professional way. We had a personal health issue which the receptionists and the guest relations team were very helpful with and very attending no matter the time of the day. And the complimentary plates that followed as we entered our rooms due to a celebration and after the hospital incident were a cherry on top. The concierge guided us through our vacation with tips on what to do and where to go. If you are travelling by car, they also help and guide you on where you can park as the hotel does not have a car park of its own. But everything is pretty much in a walking distance. "
