Exceeded expectations! Breakfast a must!
Fantastic experience. Thinking the hotel was a little older, I expected the same of the interior, but was pleasantly surprised with how new & fresh it all looks. I'll be coming back. Very affordable & the breakfast is fantastic. There was bacon, beautiful German buns, different sandwich meats, cheeses, fruits, yoghurt, fruit juice, coffee, tea etc. Definitely a good choice!

Roadtrip - One night stay
Happy that we chose to eat in the best westerns restaurant. The steak was amazing and desserts too! We didn't expect that much from this restaurant. Best Western had thought about many needs for example in the vestibule was windshield washing equipment available. Extremely happy with our stay!

Nice hotel. Staff at the reception unpleasant / not friendly and welcoming. Staff in restaurant very friendly but also very tired.

Ordered the stay 3 hours before arrival. room was clean and ready by arrival. luckily there was no longer a heatwave going on, as the only thing this hotel lacks is air condition. friendly staff, good breakfast, and late check in made this stay problem free.

Nice stay with great food.
We stopped on our way from Amsterdam to Denmark and had a nice stay. Enjoyed a very nice dinner at the hotel with excellent food and outstanding service. Breakfast was extremely nice with a nice selection of items and attentive staff who even made a nice latte for my wife. Room was what we expected and shower had plenty of hot water and great pressure. Bed was hard but actually felt good after a long day of driving. Would stay again if in the area.

Manager absent so staff self managing badly
Since I had such a bad experience with staff I wanted to speak to a manager - they told me there is no manager! A sub (temporary replacement) arrives half way through the day, then leaves 4-5 hours later. In the meantime my checkin was disgusting - after being on the road for more than 40 hours on business, the 2 night ladies couldn't work out my booking because of system issues and expected we would wait in the foyer for 3 hours while they waited for a confirmation from their head office!! They had my booking in head office system but not showing up on their local one. How is this my problem? I showed them the Expedia email confirming but this wasn't enough. Next we are only in for 1 night so no cleaning required till check out, yet at 8.30am a knock at the door by the cleaner wanting to clean our room. Why clean it at 8.30am and then clean again when we check out the same day at 11am??? Checkout is 11am, the room electricity is cut off at 11.15am, so if you're running a little late doing last minute things (packing, blow drying your hair), you should know that's how they treat their guests - like prisoners "electricity off sharp"!! I spoke with the sub manager, she didn't seem to care much though apologised but gave lots of excuses she found acceptable reasons for her staff to put the care of guests last. You'd be crazy to stay here, particularly for the price which is in the high category.

The orange- juice machine did not work at breakfast. And it took many requests to get coffee at breakfast. The room were designet for football fans - walls, chairs etc

A pleasant surprise
I just found a random hotel that I could find easily from the Autobahn. Great service, and one of the very few hotels I have been to lately that actually had a proper lamp in the ceiling, giving me good work conditions even if I did not sit at the desk. Surprisingly good breakfast. My only bad experience (and the reason I give a bad score on room cleanliness) was that I first got a room where somebody had smoked tobacco (it was supposed to be a non-smoking room). I got another, and bigger, room right away.

Convienient for Autobhan
I picked this hotel for its proximity and accessability to the autobhan, it was clean and the staff were friendly, I stayed there on two occasions and would have no hesitation in staying there again.

Noisy roadside room. Dubious accounts dept.
I was not very happy about being contacted by this company during my inbound journey to tell me my credit card was not valid, which it patently is! The hotel seemed full so whether this was a ploy to cancle the room as it appeared very full, i dont know, but my colleague was given exactly the same treatment. We are both businessmen with company Visa cards with excellent credit ratings, and felt really insulted. I then was given a room on the roadside which was not fully insulated against noise. needless to say i wont be going back there and in the light of the credit card incident probably won't go with "Best" Western group either.

Just what we needed
Driving up from France to Stockholm area, Sweden. Situated just right for an overnight. Relaxed comfortable atmosphere, Just right level of service and standard of room. We drove in, got some McDonalds from across the street (German McFeast tastes much better than Swewdish McFeast!), and watched some TV. Got up in the morning, showered, ate a good breakfast, paid the bill (no fuss, great gals behind the desk), got some help with mailing some postcards (again great gals behind the desk), and hit the road. It worked for us!

Great room, be wary of the front desk advice
Everything was fantastic except for one of the front desk managers. She wasn't very trust worthy - she said there wasn't a grocery store open for snacks and suggested that I eat in the restaurant. There was a close by store open and the restaurant would have cost far more. Also, when I wanted to check out early, she said that it wasn't possible. I double checked with expedia and they were able to work something out. However, by that time I had paid for another night that I did not have to.

Zimmer gross aber sehr hellhörig vorallen zur strasse, man kann nicht das Fenster auf haben. Business Zimmern nur mit 1 Klappliege. Frühstück war im Extraraum, Buffet wurde kaum aufgefüllt wenig Auswahl. Personal unfähig das Geschirr ab zu räumen. Vom Hotel kann man zu Fuß alles gut erreichen. Vom Hotel kann man alles zu fuss erreichen.
