"The cons: Televivison(cable) didn’t work for the majority of the time I was there and the chair in the room collapsed from under my brother while he was trying to enjoy his dinner. The WiFi that came with the hotel stay didn’t work half of the time and when it did work, kept disconnecting from our devices. The continental breakfast was okay, but the juice was pretty watered down and the pool room felt like a sauna, it was so hot. Now the pros: The rooms were kept clean and staff was available all of the time. The cleaning crew made sure to keep fresh towels in the rooms(brought me fresh towels 4 times in one day without asking, all the way through 6:00 p.m.) and made sure to empty the trash, provide fresh sheets and cleaned the bathroom and rooms daily. The bartender and the drinks she made were A1. She was very friendly. I had to do laundry while I was there and the guest laundry facility was not expensive or difficult to get to or use. The lounge had pretty good food and made it convenient for me to not have to travel to get food after a long day of being out in between Maryland and Virginia, to feed the kiddos. Overall, great hotel."
