We had two rooms booked a month in advance, both with a king bed, we arrived at the hotel early and they told us they kept the suitcases but the rooms were not ready. We left the luggage and left to fulfill our itinerary and returned at night. We were offered a room with a king bed and the other with two single beds on the grounds that there were no more rooms. We contacted shipping support and finally they offered us a disabled room with a king bed. Very bad logistics on the part of the hotel

C’est préférable de stationner la voiture avant d’arriver à l’hôtel. La 35 ième rue est à sens unique et il y a un stationnement payant à côté de l’hôtel (2 minutes de marche à faire avec les baggages…)

The front desk staff was very welcoming and always made an effort to greet us leaving or entering the lobby. The rooms were clean and quite spacious for a NYC hotel. I would return based on customer service alone.

This property was in a great location close to subway stations, shopping, restaurants, and within walking distance to many attractions and theaters. It was on a busy street but not overwhelming. Nearby Herald Square was a good meeting place to connect with family from the area.
