“Brilliant - couldn't have been better!”

Everything about this hotel was fantastic! The bed was especially comfortable! It's location meant we were minutes away from all the action - Broadway, Times Square, Empire State etc. As we were there over Christmas it was also beautifully decorated for the holiday season adding to its appeal.

“Great Stay at a Great Hotel.”

We arrived early on Friday morning. About 11:00. We were greeted at the front desk by Ceaser, who was friendly and in a great mood. He said our room was already available! I loved that. We had bags to drop off before going out to sight-see and thought for sure our room would not be available. We also found that there was complimentary water. I love that! Check out was a breeze. A great hotel.

“GREAT STAY AT THE W”

WE ARRIVED 1 HOUR BEFORE CHECK IN THINKING WE WOULD HAVE TO WAIT FOR A ROOM. INSTEAD, WE WERE COURTEOUSLY GREETED AND GIVEN AN UPGRADED STARWOOD PREFERRED ROOM WITH CORNER WINDOWS ON THE TOP FLOOR WITH A GREAT VIEW OF NYC.

“Great for first timers”

What a great location to all the shows, restaurants, and one block from Time Square. We were there for business and a couple of days of pleasure. We were within walking distance of everything we were wanting to do. The hotel concierge was so helpful in finding last minute tickets to shows and making reservations for us, as well as making great suggestions for a first time visitor. The staff was friendly and the room very comfortable. We will be back.
