When we first pulled up to the hotel we were very pleased with its proximity to and view of the river, and the fact that it was set apart from the noise and bustle of the business and tourist areas. The check-in process was quick and pleasant and the staff very friendly and courteous. The warm chocolate chip cookies we were offered at the front desk was the most pleasant of surprises and was symbolic of our whole stay there, which was easily the best hotel experience we've ever had. The view from our room was fantastic, and being able to leave our room and within a minute be walking in the park along the river was the best thing ever! It was the perfect way to celebrate my wife's birthday. We have decided that whenever we come to Niagara Falls, we won't stay anywhere else. Thanks Doubletree Hilton!

I booked a Junior Suite with 2 Queen Beds for $350, but my experience was dreadful. The room lacked regular windows, only having a slim ventilation-type window, which made it an unpleasant space. Moreover, the toilet tissue paper holder was broken, and to add to the woes, I got stuck in the lift with other guests. Additionally, the coffee machine seemed old and emitted a foul odor. Despite requesting a replacement, the room service attendant insisted it was just the smell of coffee. When I escalated the issue to the supervisor, they argued that the machine was functioning properly. Furthermore, the hotel charged for parking, even for guests. To top it off, the food was overpriced. Despite being a repeat guest since 2020, the quality of service has significantly declined. Up until now, I've been a staunch advocate of this hotel, recommending it to numerous friends, family members, and clients. However, after this horrendous experience, I can no longer endorse it. Not only will I refrain from recommending it to others, but I also won't be returning myself.

Great location that allows for peaceful walks along Niagara River to the Falls. Easy parking. While wait staff at restaurant seemed overwhelmed due to influx of guests for the eclipse, they were all friendly, worked hard and were attentive. The restaurant has really good food, I’d put it up against most of the stand alone restaurant options in the area.

Hotel was located close to the river, Falls and shopping centers. Parking lot was large and short walk to hotel. Room was clean and the food at the hotel restaurant was really good (nice option on the nights you don't want to venture out to find a restaurant). The only con was that that the heating system would make a lot of noise as it cycled on and off during the night so we eventually turned it off.

The dining restaurant was great. The food quality was great. However they never cleaned our room even though we spent two nights at the hotel. And had to keep calling for toilet, towels and other items we would have received if the room had been cleaned.

The fact you have to pay for parking, 16$ per day on top of your stay. Also the 17.50 per person for the breakfast buffet that was terrible. And the pool area was so packed we couldn’t even go in it. People hogged the hot tub for hours

The hotel was clean and great location. The bed was very hard and very uncomfortable and even worse were the pillows. They look big and fluffy until you lay on them and they disappear

The area around the hotel turns into very low income and abandoned buildings. It’s a shame that this tourist destination can’t be more beautiful to match the natural beauty.

The beds and pillows very very comfortable. The hot tub was nice. The pool is indoor but a bit cold [ but it was like maybe 10 degrees outside]. We ate dinner and a breakfast in the restaurant. The food was very good. The staff were all very friendly and helpful. I would definitely stay again.
