"The staff at the property were wonderful and attentive. Any issue was taken care of promptly. Rooms are very nice and clean and had more than enough room in them. The baths were nice with very nice amenities. They would stock my room each day with fresh fruit and crackers and water which was great. The location is excellent with shops and restaurants very close by along with a beautiful park. When I return to Yuyao in a few months this will be the place that I stay again. "There was a lot of confusion with check in - we had to try FOUR differerent rooms. The first one, had a lit cigarette in it, the second one had two single beds (we requested a double), the third one literally had two people in bed together (it was awkward), and finally the fourth one was right. This was at 9pm, so it was extremely frustrating to witness this lack of organization. The cleanliness of the suite was good, but the bathroom had an awful smell. The breakfast was great"

"The front desk didn't speak any English and didn't understand how to work a credit card machine. It took over 20 min to check me in and again to check me out. The lobby didn't seem to have air conditioning and was really hot while I waited both times. Don't go unless you will pay the deposit in cash or with Union pay."
