I stayed in room 119. There's mold all over the blinds. There's mold next to the hot tub. There is some kind of water leak and my pillows were dirty and had crunchy stuff on them. if I could submit pictures I would because I took plenty
Very unique and beautiful rooms there themes are very beautiful clean very comfortable would recommend this hotel to anyone staff very nice I have nothing negative to say about this location I'm definitely staying in this hotel every time I'm in Providence
The water was cold in the shower. There was a dirty washcloth left hanging in my room. Room wasn’t prepared at all. No towels provided. Room had a wet feeling. Room smelled. Outlets were broken and cracked. Literally a whole health code and fire code violation. Service was rude and terrible too.

We are sorry for the Inconvenience, Our rooms now have gone a complete renovation, that include new theme rooms.
False advertisement I rented a room with a Jacuzzi, and when I got there, they gave me a regular room and it looked dirty and filthy and smelling Still waiting for my refund left the same day.

Room was clean but romm also needed updated. Bed was okay, mattress needs foam to make it a little more comfortable. Bedspread had holes and so diid curtain.
They stay was ok. It was obvious the comforter does not get washed as it had stains on it and the one chair had stains also. The rest of the room was clean. Did wake up at 5am to the people next door's bed banging against the wall if you know what I mean. Cindy's diner, highly recommend since it's basicaly in the same parking lot and not affiliated with the hotel. Food was really good.
Very average facility. Had to ask for a roll of toilet paper at 11PM. The maid was in that day, she should have handled it. Had a problem at check out, paid twice, once in cash and once on card. Difficulty at first, eventually received cash back.

The property was near where I was performing the funeral and at the going rate for a room. The bed linens were clean and ready to go great big oversized towels. The pictures on the website are nothing like what the room was like. It was small. the floor was not vacuumed. the furniture was shaky and ready to fall apart all because the screws were never tightened. Finally most important the staff was rude and not helpful at all.
Not what was advertised at all and the staff was very unhelpful

The owners were extremely prejudice towards us and forced my two relatives to purchase a separate room for the night even though they had only intended on coming into our room briefly to change their clothes and get ready for an event we were all attending that night, and also threatened to call the police if we had them enter our room.. The blanket we had on the bed was similar to the fabric of a curtain, and no comforter. It was a very uncomfortable stay and we couldn’t get any rest due to the conditions
Management wasn’t helpful and the sheets were stained and overall I didn’t even end up staying the night and wouldn’t go again.

very clean and quiet . small issues like microwave unplugged, desk lamp not working and tv issues which management took care of. Otherwise, always a great stay.
Dirty rugs, floors, toilet, Wallpaper repaired with clear pa caking tape, No hand towels or wash cloths. Party in parking lot at 2:30 AM.

the smell is really bad. Could not sleep for most of the night. Does not worth 150 for a night.
