"Shop - [ ] Soap - [ ] Water - [x] Broccoli - [x] Paper chips I’m in town for the night visiting family & let me start this rating with the 10 out of 10 customer service. If I could rate it higher I would. Taryn at the front went so above & beyond I almost wanted to cry. It’s a Sunday & I had some confusion with the adjustment on my booking. She completely went the extra mile to help me when it was really something out of her hands and to be honest, didn’t have to do at all. Mind you it was late evening on a holiday weekend. Taryn reached out to the general manager Andy. they worked together over the phone to get my booking corrected and got me in a room in no time. Thank you both a thousand times over. The hotel was soooo clean. From the lobby, the pool, to the room. Even the elevator smelled nice. The dinning area is up to date. The breakfast is delicious as well. The fruit wasn’t old & the cereal wasn’t stale. Ima waffle girl & had fun making them (thought I was a chef lol). The rooms were very clean. I alway wipe rooms down whenever I arrive to a hotel & the disinfectant wipe was not dusty or filthy at all. Under the toilet seat was clean with no wet spots. The towels & the end of the toilet paper all were folded so cute & symmetrical. Loved it. I’m so glad I got to stay here. I had a great experience and they helped make my trip go a little smoother. It’s definitely a nice family (pet free) hotel with plenty of near by food places & a target. I hope this revie"

"Check-in was friendly and on-point. Room was neat and clean. It’s possible to stream Netflix or YouTube. Coffee was available as early as 3:00 A.M. All of these facts added up to a great experience. Areas for Improvement: Some healthy whole food options in the bar/restaurant. Yes, there were salads, but they were of the iceberg lettuce variety. Thanks for a comfortable stay. "

"The check in staff Manny and Krystal were friendly and gave us a nice room. The hotel was nice and clean. It had a nice ambience with a garden all around the motel. The room had a nice large king bed and also had all the amenities including coffee making, refrigerator and microwave in the room. The WiFi worked well.The TV did not work initially, but the staff came and fixed it quickly and I was able to select the right input myself after that. The breakfast was good and first time I saw an automatic pan cake making machine. "
