"Great place overall it was a comfortable stay. There was one door on the patio that was a little weird to open and close and my family member was able to open it from the outside without unlocking. In terms of the check in I think the sent instructions for check in could be a little bit more clear as to where to go for the reception including a full address or google maps link."

"Comfortable and spacious. My niece (6 years old) said she wanted to “stay a thousand nights.” Loft area was fun for her and practical for the rest of us. Central location with parking close by. Recommended for groups with plenty of room, nice bathroom and full functional kitchen. "

"The apartment was not as described or pictured. I paid for a two bedroom apartment with a living room. There was only one bedroom and a kitchen. There was no living room and the 2nd bedroom was a bed in the kitchen. Also, someone put a huge dent in our rental car in the parking lot, which is going to cost us a lot of money. There is no way this person didn’t realize what they did, based on the size of the dent. So be careful parking back there. "

"My wife and I stayed here for four nights and thoroughly enjoyed the place, the view of the mountains and the fjord/town of Akureyri, and the spectacular show that we got from the northern lights on one of our nights there. "Quiet and cozy cottage! Well equipped kitchen. Flexible check in time with clear instructions. Clean bed sheets and towels. Only drawbacks are stains over the whole shower area and thin pillow. "
