"Service was very friendly from everyone we spoke to on reception. Hotel was in excellent condition and the room was lovely and spacious. Plenty of breakfast and a good spread. Great location to the city centre and Theatre Royal. Parking was very secure. Only negative was no fault of the hotel but the noise from being on the pub/club size was unbearable. Even though there is triple glazing, the bass was thumping through until the early hours of the morning. This meant a very broken sleep. It...

"Perfect location, nice quiet hotel with friendly staff. Very happy stay."

"Fabulous location for the city centre, however if you want somewhere quiet you’d be disappointed, we had the window open because of the heat but you can hear all the neighbouring bars and the clocks chime every 15 minutes. Thankfully the chimes do stop around 10pm until morning so doesn’t disturb sleep. Windows sufficiently block noise. The hotel is very basic as expected. Clean but not spotless. Comfortable enough beds but need some firmer pillows! "

This was the hotel I always thought looked nice from the outside and always wanted to stay there if I was ever to come back to Nottingham. It did not disappoint.
