The Garden Suite was excellent with a spacious lounge and bathroom. The garden was nicely lit at night time. Very friendly host.

Delightful
We could not have asked for a more relaxing and wonderful stay. From the welcome drink, the delicious breakfast, the soothing suite with all the amenities one could want and more, the entire experience was fantastic. We felt welcomed and pampered the entire stay. We would absolutely stay again.

Wonderful, Welcoming & Wow Factor.
Beautiful venue. A great example of how to get everything just right. Communication brilliant. Warm welcome. Stunning courtyard garden & a 5 star breakfast. Peter was a wonderful host and should be really proud of what he has there.

The location is great foe a walking tour of Ruddington and area , close to bus service. Very clean and cute. Great company and information by Peter , the owner.

It was Ok, but it was not what the website claimed it to be. There is no mention that it is a small B B as part of the owner's house; it represents itself as a hotel. that said, it was an OK B B -- it deserves 3-stars, not 5.

A very comfortable stay in pleasant surroundings

The owner of the hotel Peter was very welcoming and accommodating. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay, the hotel was clean and perfect for relaxing break. Peter made breakfast to our order and at the time we wanted it for. Overall excellent hotel, and we would definitely stay here again.
