The good things first: check-in and check-out were a breeze, and the staff was polite, funny and professional. There is a great taco place just a short walk away (around the corner, across the street) called Taco Boys that has VERY good Mexican food. The rooms were cleaned and smoke-free. The bad: NOISE at night. A lot of people come there to have sex, and you can hear it from the rooms located across the parking lot. I am not kidding. Not something that I care to listen to at 3 am. The mattress was stiff as a board, pillows flat as pancakes. Basically, sleep is not something that you will get here.

This was convenient and the best price around. Booked one night needed a second they made it very easy. Floor in room wasn’t clean but bed was. Things are old so it’s understandable. Some guests were very noisy at night but we managed. If I had to I’d stay again but it’s not my first choice. Has a seedy feeling to it.

Unless you are on crack, do not stay at this property. I actually felt dirtier after taking a shower and walking on the absolutely disgusting carpet. My daughter and i actually barricaded ourselves in by pushing an old and extremely heavy dresser against the door. The place should be torn down for sure.

It was run down. It falsely advertised having a bar and restaurant, which was not true. They only had a run down restaurant that they opened for breakfast. The free breakfast was decent however.

Particularly excellent Staff, breakfast most everything was good except for some things which are minor, minor but prevent 5 stars never-the-less. one tired room - not a problem, just saying except for two. The outlet by the bedd was awkward to reach and so loose I had to bend the prongs of my CPAP machine to get the plug to stay - For an older person who is somewhat handicapped, hooling up equipment like that which is necessary could be a problem. Staff needs to make sure this kind of thing is properly in good shape. three. Toilet had ring of dirty, not a problem but staff needs to get place appear clean as well as being clean. basically minor minor. Staff super nice and bed excellent, quiet. good value

The buffet breakfast could have been done better. Although the food was average, the process to get the food took longer than it should have due to only one person serving the food. There was a long wait time to get juice which was behind the counter because the only front employee was busy dishing out food. Either more staff is needed or something needs to change with the set up so that things like juice and butter or syrup are available for people to serve themselves.

Honestly I do not know how they are allow to operate. It was old, not clean, terrible smell, breakfast served by a lady in very small portions....it reminded me the concentration camps in Cuba. Rooms horrible!!!

The Continental breakfast was out of this world! For it being included with the cost of your stay they really go all out.. a full breakfast.. most places it's just quick food.. here you sit, relax and enjoy a good hearty meal before you start your day.. highly recommend

We stayed her because we visited the lounge for Salsa night and didn’t want to drive after cocktails. The salsa night was awesome, but the room was straight out of a B horror movie. As soon as you open the door you smell 1,000 nights of bad decisions. There were hairs and crumbs that were not mine! Mad stains. Type of room makes you say “damn we should have brought our own bedsheets”. Look, it’s better than a DWI

Everything was very dated, and beat up, with an odd odor. Seemed way overpriced. My expectations were much higher considering the high cost and the 4-star rating. Although the breakfast buffet was really good. Plenty of hot food and good proteins.

The in was clean, quiet and the bed was the most comfortable mattress we’ve EVER slept on. The only thing that could have been better was the TV. It was a 32 inch (satellite I believe) . No smart tv functions, no Netflix, no interesting channels. PS - the included breakfast was delicious though.

West Gate
Very friendly staff. The carpet was getting some age on it, but the bed was comfortable and even though it was right under the Thruway was fairly quiet.

Front desk service was ok the employees was nice. When I arrived to the room the beds wasn’t clean. Hair in bed pillows cover smell like sweat and yellow stains and bed sheets with stain look like oil, desk sticky, bathroom very deteriorated. I went down and they charged me to other room and for my surprise bed sheets was the same stain in the bed sheets but look like clean so I guess the beds sheet are just old and they watched with some kind of oil products. They say was a breakfast buffet. But when you get there you find a not very happy employee that just service the food for you and look at you with a face like don’t ask for nothing more. Food was ok not bad. Also Hotel and restaurant promote this famous cheesecake that promise is the best of the best. Don’t fall in the trick. Almost . $10 the small pice. And taste like a very bad cheap frozen supermarket cheesecake.my experience was bad in base of they price of $ 130 the night for for a $ 65 dollars experience hotel. I got to save $20 dollars thanks to Expedia price. But still expensive for you get a hotel inn with the quality of a low budget motel.
