My bag was late getting to Fresno and they had to send it up to the motel. Staff was courteous and when the bag did arrive they brought it to my room even though it was midnight. I appreciate them getting it to me.

The only thing about this hotel is the pork meat they serve is WAY under cooked. My self and other guess wouldn't eat it please cook your meat and more breakfast choices please

Our room was not serviced even after I requested it. Our trash was not emptied, toiletries not refreshed, ice machine did not work, they up charged items I purchased for my kids and when I complained, they offered $50 credit. Very unfortunate experience.

Hotel was great, clean and very well kept. Staff was super friendly and helpful with anything we asked or needed. Breakfast is convenient, the only thing is it is not catered to dietary restrictions..no dairy alternatives. Other than that it was a perfect stay!

It is difficult to provide food for all dietary restrictions but we do try to provide something for everyone. Not so great changes!!
I’ve stayed here before with the family and our stays have always been great. On my recent stay of Jan 2024, while the hotel was clean as usual. They’ve made some changes that are overly greedy. Now the price for a stay has gone up a bit, but inflation is what it is I suppose. But they now charge an additional $10 a day for parking. This is silly, due to this being a rural area with a large parking lot, it’s self parking and in January, it was very empty. I’ve seen parking fees at other hotels, but that’s often in urban settings. Also, while they do include breakfast, it is no longer at the Hotel as it was in the past. There are 3 hotels owned by the same company in a row and they make all their guest go to the center hotel, as they explained it, “due to the season”. Which is because there are less guest so why operate 3 kitchens and have to set up and clean 3 dinings areas. The issue I had with this, was that it was very very crowded, due to guest from all 3 hotels being forced into one location. For the sake of saving money on staff to operate and clean 3 areas. Yet your price per stay has gone up and you now charge a $10 parking fee per night on top of that. 🤔

Wonderful place to stay for Yosemite trips
Everything was great at this hotel. I would highly recommend it as a choice near the Yosemite gateway. Breakfast great, Rooms clean and comfortable, but most importantly the staff was super helpful and friendly. Love this hotel.

One star deducted for $10 parking fee - not impressed. One deducted for only decaf coffee in room, and none could be found on request. One star back for assigning the room/floor we requested. Nice modern hotel with well furnished rooms, please rethink the parking fee.

The check -in was done quickly and the desk clerk was professional. The room was comfortable and quiet. The morning breakfast was good with a variety of fruit and other breakfast foods like eggs and bacon, even biscuit and gravy. I would definitely stay again.

The property is immaculate. The choices in colors and lighting are not. It isn’t soothing to have hospital white light everywhere as well as hospital blue accents. Would definitely rethink that.

I stayed one night at this property with my family. We booked a suite which I absolutely loved for its spaciousness. The hotel is about 30 mins away from Yosemite’s South Entrance and one hour away from Tunnel View. The breakfast buffet was amazing. Had a variety of options of hot and cold breakfast. This was my fav part. I’d return again when i decide to stay overnight in the Yosemite area. 5-star!

We told the front desk to clean our room, but the housekeeper doesn’t clean the floor on the bathroom Quiet the area I love the breakfast me and my wife. Shopping very convenient and the restaurant. It’s very near. I just have a comment with the parking lot. Why we have to pay the parking lot. $10 a day You should be free if you check in the Hotel if you check in he should be free .But we have to pay every state in that’s not OK. Front desk it’s very friendly and nice. with a breakfast so wonderful.
