"This is a motel, but it seems fine for families too. The room was very pretty and very spacious. The bed was king sized so plenty of room in it. The bathroom was fully stocked with nearly everything you might want. Everything looked pretty clean and stylish. The shower room was the real kicker though. It's huge and the bathtub was plenty roomy with jetbath nozzles everywhere. It also had a "Impressive bath" setting that made super small bubbles that kinda tingle. The one drawback was that...

"I loved my stay at this hotel. Yes, the hotel is old and outdated for sure, but it is kept clean. My room was small, but the bed was bigger than expected. The free, hot breakfast was very nice. Many dishes (not only eggs and sausages but also cooked vegetables, meat, miso soup, etc.). But due to the breakfast area being small, the line was long. It was really close to Okayama Station. "The hotel is very convenient for travelers who use the railways as their mode of transport. The rooms are well maintained and clean.The staff were friendly and helpful. Breakfast was OK depending on what time you got there. On the whole I would recommend the Toyoko hotels."

"岡山マラソンの為、3泊息子と滞在しました。 朝食付きで毎日美味しく頂きましたが、マラソン大会当日だけでも6:00〜の配慮があったら尚良かったです。 掃除は行き届いていなく、冷蔵庫内、エアコンの排気口や洗面台のコップトレーが汚れていた為、自分で掃除しました。 喫煙室しか空いていなかった為仕方無い事ですが、タバコの臭いが気になりました。"

Dust and hair all over the carpet, stains on the walls but the worst was the bed ... the mattress felt broken and I could not stop itching and scratching all night.
