"15 minutes from the city center, which is easily achieved using Grab taxis. A very good and comfortable hotel, and the breakfast was also good. My only complaint is the treadmill which was broken over all 2 weeks of my stay. If you don't use the gym then no problem but I didn't like it."

House keeping team did fantastic job helping in cleaning our room. Overall, it is recommended staying in Mercure and you won't regret it. Excellent !!"

"Nice hotel in a good location in Mangga Dua. The hotel is looking a little dated but actually there was renovation work going on. The price was good and included an excellent buffet breakfast. The staff were all very helpful and incredibly friendly! "
