I HATE the bogus parking fees that the hotels charge now, but the location of this hotel gave me the opportunity to park overnight on the street really close to the front door so that saved me $100 during my stay! The hotel is old but the rooms were nice and clean enough for my standards. I would stay here again

The hotel was filled with axing architect. Just really beautiful. The staff was very friendly. We did not receive our bottle of sparkling wine until the second day and there are no maps or information to let you know there are ice or snack machines.. the hotel itself is pretty noisy. When the other rooms close their doors it soundslike a gun beingg fired and the street traffic is alsoloud.

Nice re-use of purpose for the property that was the old Aquila Court office building. The rooms are quiet, decent size and excellent front desk staffing.

I was looking forward to staying at the Magnolia based on their online images and reviews. Unfortunately, our first impression was not great. We arrived at 3:50pm to check in and were told our room was not available and to come back later. We were traveling with a toddler and there's no free street parking. So we loaded back up and drove around, came back 20 min later and we could check in. The front desk also let homeless people wander inside the hotel with a lobby full of guests checking in. When we got to our room, there was no soap in the bathroom, ants in the bathroom and under nightstand, and the blinds had a tear and broken piece. We tried eating breakfast in the restaurant and there was only 2 people working. Long wait and food was not worth the prices and didn't come as described. Our kid's pancakes came out with a hair on top. All around, just not great. I'm being generous with 2 stars.

Didn't get the room we booked, a problem attributed to both Expedia and Magnolia. Quick-to-blame-others staff. Completely unreliable Wi-Fi. Surprise parking fee, drastically increasing the cost of staying. Average quality, overpriced food.

When I arrived to check in the front desk, informed me that I would not be getting The flat I pre-paid for in advance with no refund and I got stuffed in a Dirty closet basically with a shower so small the disgusting shower curtain is constantly stuck to your body while you’re trying to clean it. The way we were treated and overall we were robbed. I paid for something I didn’t get and they didn’t care. Very disappointed I expect a refund. They told me Expedia has to give you the refund. There’s nothing we can do. I will never ever attempt to stay at that property again and they should be removed from your website.

Once again this hotel did not disappoint! Amazing hospitality and great food. This truly has become my favorite hotel in Omaha when I visit. It was a great experience. The cleanliness was a huge plus for me!!!

We’ve stayed here several times. First time our room was not ready at 4:00. Our bathroom was not clean. Hair on the floor that wasn’t ours! People are very nice! Gave us a ride since our room wasn’t ready!

Staff was friendly and helpful. Dinning is limited near and at hotel. Ate breakfast in hotel restaurant and it was okay. A used wet towel was left behind the bathroom door. Shower had no body wash.

Great my only complain was that the curtains did not close all the way and we were on the second floor and the room was very visible to the outside. Besides that great customer service and very clean!

The Italian style and how cool the history of this building. We stayed for 2 nights and they didn’t refill, clean,make the bed or take our trash out. Other than that the staff were all nice and waitresses at the bar/restaurant were super nice.

Was nice overall but definitely a few things wrong with room. For price, shouldn’t be many if any problems. Bathrooms could be cleaned better as well as cleaning in general. Beautiful property though. Will give another go.
