This was a great hotel in the Orlando area, with comfy and spacious rooms close to the theme parks. If you have a car; food and retail outlets are all extremely close and the area is clean and feels safe. Would highly recommend.

I called a few days prior to our arrival as we were scheduled to arrive after midnight, and Armando added notes to our file. He was also there to check us in. When we arrived he had our keys ready and check in took less than 5 mins. The property is updated and clean, and the breakfast was very nice. Highly recommend!

It was fine; was clean and area felt safe. There is nothing walkable about it, so if you don’t have a car you are completely without food options. Free shuttle to theme parks was a nice perk!

When my husband and I travel around the Country we always try to stay at The Holiday Inn Express Hotel, and were pretty disappointed when we check in at this Hotel in Lake Buena Vista and they told us we had to pay $26 a day for Parking!!..it looks like the Hotel emailed me about this after I booked the Hotel with Expedia, but I didn't read it because I thought was another Reservation Confirmation. I've never been charged at a Hotel for Parking and when I asked the person on the front desk the reason for this Charge, he told me it was for "Greed" from the Hotel. At least he was Honest.... We're really unhappy about it, as then we had to pay $30 a day for parking at Epcot too, and we never knew about this Parking fees when we Booked the Hotel with you!!

This Holiday inn express is very nice and clean. Continental breakfast is decent. There is free shuttle to the park. It’s worth the money , and I highly recommend this hotel.

Nice quiet property. The floor of the room had crumbs on it. Wasn't pleasant walking around in my bare feet. The shower had no shampoo. the bottle was empty. Now today I checked my credit card statement and I am overcharged $50. I'm done with Holiday Inn Expresses.

We arrived to check-in an hour early. They wouldn’t let us go to the room unless we paid a $25 early check-in fee. Was very disappointed. Would not stay here again.

We apologize for the early check in fee. I hope it was communicated to you correctly, that our check in time is 4PM. If we have rooms available we have no problem checking you in early, however there is an early check in fee. This is for all guests and it is merely an option. For guests who wish to not pay the early check in fee we do provide the option of holding your luggage so that the guests can go about their day. Once again, we apologize that this option was a dissatisfier to your stay.
