Rooms were terrible. Carpet was stained and coming up in spots. Rust all over the door frame and bathroom door. Half of the lights in the room didn't work at all. Top of the table between the beds wasnt attached. One of the beds was actually broken. Coke machine in the lobby took our money, front desk didnt act like they cared at all. Trash was piled up everywhere . Property needs a big cleaning and update.

This property has a good instalations but it is neglected, there are not enough employees, to end the second night of my stay the power went out and we spent several hours like that, that's why I decided to leave before I had scheduled and thus end my vacation, the truth is it was not pleasant at all because they are supposed to be prepared for that and they didn't have a working power plant it was terrible for my kids so I wouldn't go back

Considering there is a resort of 25 dollars to stay ($75 for my stay) I could not get an explanation as to what it was for other than wifi and parking. ! Parking lot was used by other vehicles not staying at hotel .. no visible parking permits in window. $25 dollar resort fee for 2 hot tubs that were not working and 8 tables around the pool of which had 3 umbrellas only and 2 were broken. I actually purchased my own umbrella so I could have shade from the sun during the day. Received email from the hotel about the restaurant and tiki bar being open Thursday yhru Sunday but was told quote “they won’t be opened everyone quit” I understand it’s a budget hotel but basic amenities and advertised amenities should be provided.

We had to switch rooms 3 times, the first room was filthy, the second room had bugs, also dirty and the floor was separating, the final third room the A.C. was not working had to wait for the only maintenance guy that the huge property had to fix it,but he was very nice. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, tossed and turned all night, no one in my group really got any sleep. They have people living there so the pool was overran by the people who live there....

It was horrible. I was trying to check in my room and someone else was already in the room. When I got my room it was dirty and the room needs updating. It looks old and not safe to sleep in and park your vechicle.

The property did not have staff available to clean up rooms. Check-in was supposed to be at 4pm, but unable to do. There were a few people waiting in the lobby for several hours for a room and few cancelled their reservation including myself.

We booked 3 rooms for 5/4 to 5/5. This hotel use to be nice 10 plus years ago. It is so ran down now. No updates to the rooms, rooms were dirty, saw a lot of roaches, dead and alive to where my daughter and her friend did not sleep at all. The bathroom in one the rooms had tape around the hose of the toilet .I have pictures to prove everything.

Roaches, lights didn’t work, big deposit I was unaware. Good points air was great water temp/pressure great, they accepted being a few minutes late as we were unaware of the 10 am checkout….?? Which is another bummer! The lace is really really old….. and repaired a lot…. You can tell ever place it’s been repaired…..

THE HOTEL DOES NOT HAVE A CAFETERIA LIKE THEY SAY. THE ROOM THAT I HAD IT SMELL AND IT HAD SOME MOLE. THE HOTEL MANAGEMENT SHOULD TAKE IN CONSIDERATION A FULL RENOVATION TO THE ROOMS. THE FRIGE DID NOT WORK WELL, THE LAMPS IN THE ROOMS DID NOT WORK AND THE RUG WAS VERY DIRTY AND IT SMELL.

Upon check in, the process took 45 waiting in line, in the lobby. Then when we came in at midnight to go to sleep after a great evening visiting Old Town, our bedding was dirty and when we called the front desk, they told us to come down to lobby for new bedding, when we got there, they didnt have enough clean bedding what bedding they did have, had blood on it. When we told them we wouldnt be staying, they started to get an attitude wirh us, like it was our fault. As we went back to room and packed our room, we found black mold in the restroom above toliet, and opening razors from previous guess, this will be the last time we visit this property.

I only could stand 1 night in this room because it was dirty, the floors seemed wet, the bathroom door wouldn't shut all the way and there was a weird red residue on the wall of the bathroom. Also, there were bugs that crawled on the bed. The TV also didn't work. When I went to check out the pool and hot tub, they were disgusting and looked like they hadn't been cleaned in months. The water in the hot tub was murky and was filled with leaves. Do not stay here.

Overall, our stay at this hotel was a mixed experience. While the location was convenient, with easy access to restaurants and shopping areas, the outdated facilities and lack of maintenance were disappointing. Rust on metallic parts of the room, uncomfortable beds, and a pervasive mold smell detracted from the comfort of the stay. The dirty and unattended hallways added to the overall negative impression. However, the kind and polite staff at the lobby were a bright spot in the experience. Unfortunately, the scarcity and low quality of room amenities, along with the need to purchase breakfast at the food court, highlighted the budget nature of the accommodation. If you’re looking for a budget option with a good location and don’t mind sacrificing comfort and amenities, this hotel might suffice.

This place was FILTHY! Walked around property upon arrival and deemed it unsafe and gross. Did not checkin, and requested refund which Expedia helped me receive back. Do NOT recommend for families or individuals. It is misrepresented in the photos and completely run down.

Cockroach Heaven, stay away please I beg you. Refused to even stay there 1 night. Most of the furniture was broken. Missing light bulbs and broken lights. The dirt and the smell made it a hotel from hell! DON’T LOSE YIUR MONEY OR YOUR AWESOME VACATION DEALING WITH THESE PEOPLE. Property promises to refund all money it’s been well over a week and they still have yet to refund me.

This place is a joke, we only got to use the pool once in a week because it was closed other days. I booked the room because of the hot tub it never worked. Place is very outdated beds were terrible, had roaches In the bath room. The bar at the pool was closed and hasn’t been open in years, the restaurant Inside was closed and has never been opened In years, arcade half the games didn’t work. Also still haven’t got my deposit back yet! Thing is this place has a lot of potential if had owners that knew what they were doing!!!!

I didn't like the Rooms, Theyvare not a hotel standards most like a motel. RIDICULOUS to charge a $72 resort 😒 fee I never felt safe ... I will do a vetter research for next treip on deals that Expedia offers especially when Im traveling with 3 kids not recommended for a family stay. room service never showed up even I requested a day before. The food court never opened is permanently close . I had to book a Hotel for the rest of my trip for ours safety.
