"Good base for the week. Did have a couple of times people trying to get in as they thought it was part of the raptor foundation so had to have the door locked all the time. Walls are very thin so could hear the people next door snoring all night. There is a sign up in the bath room saying after 5days you get fresh linen and towels but this didnt happen, i stayed for 7nights. It would of been nice for the bin to of been emptied in that time as its a tiny bin. Room was nice and big, same with the...

"The Garden Room was everything you could want for a quiet weekend away. There was everything there you could possibly want, all needs were catered for . . . and more. "We got upgraded from a classic double to the Mary queen of Scots room. The room was facing the main road, but it was so quiet, that you wouldn't have known. The room was really clean. "Hotel staff very friendly and helpful, only downside was the lorries parked not far from our window and starting up during the night. Other than that very clean and comfortable, we would stay again but get a room in a different location of the hotel."
