Recently renovated 2 star European hotel. Convenient location and fair price. Coffee downstairs for breakfast and few blocks away from downtown/ historic center. Good place, I would recommend if you are on a budget and stay a few days. Don’t expect other services or big lobby. It’s just ok.

Altiana is a good choice
I had a short one night stay; nice, clean room; ventilated bathroom; free wifi; good breakfast; central location; good room rate. I have no complaints.

Little or no sleep
Unfortunately the room was beside the lift shaft and the plumbing was very noisy - so anyone coming home in the evening woke me up and the the plumbing noises kicked in

Stopped by Ourense to try the hot springs. Enjoyed that a lot. Hotel was a bit tired, but tidied up every day. Location was handy for the old part of the city. You could park in front to unload/load, but then had to go to nearby secure parking. Nice bar on the ground floor.

Great location, though beware the chances of finding free onstreet parking are close to zilch. I paid 12 euros per day at the parking lot (that's about 10ish min away on foot) with the parking lot's discount (which was better than the hotel's). The room was nice, the bed was comfy and it was very clean though it lacks a fridge (I missed that "small" detail when I booked it) but what I just can't overlook is the fact the hair dryer had the wires showing. All the staff I talked to was very friendly and helpful. I didn't have breakfast so I can't comment on that. From 8am onwards you will wake up with other rooms being cleaned and furniture being moved around. All things considered it was pretty quiet even though it's in a very busy street with lots of traffic. The street was pretty quiet at night. There are supermarkets, cafés, restaurants and lots of shops all around and within walking distance (I saw lots of bus stops too). All in all it was great value for money and I would consider staying again.

Visitar la ciudad de Ourense, pasear, fiestas con orquesta. Sus gentes educadas, agradables y dispuestas siempre ayudar a todos los visitantes. La Termas, Pozas gratuitas del río Miño calientes. Buenos RESTAURANTES (SILVINO) bares, tiendas de siempre. Que bien se v in ve en toda GALICIA. Hotel ALTIANA muy bien, el desayuno en cafetería perfecto.

Una estancia muy agradable en Orense.
Una estancia muy agradable en Orense, cerca de las atracciones principales de la ciudad. La habitación muy limpia y todo nuevo, teníamos el desayuno incluído y estaba completo y muy rico. Muy buen servicio. Muy amables los de recepción tanto a la entrada como a la salida. Lo recomiendo.

Reservei com cama de casal. Ao chegarmos, apesar de terem descontado o meu cartão de crédito, deram-nos um quarto com camas para solteiros. Desonesto com o contraro feito Quarto sem ar condicionado O estabelecimento tem uma política não reembolsável em caso de desistência da reserva, portanto evitem este hotel, pois imorevistos sempre acontecem

La habitación era cómoda aunque sin lujos. Hotel muy bien situado tanto para hacer turismo por Orense como para ir a las termas.
