Very disappointed with the breakfast time and communication. Was not told by the staff about the breakfast time being shorter during the week. Went downstairs at 9:15 and they literally closed off the breakfast as I walked up. Other guests were just as upset as me. The only sign about breakfast hours was a very small one to the far right at the check in desk. Nothing posted at the breakfast facilities. Ended up having to go in a college tour without anything to eat. I will ask from now on but the front desk staff should tell people when they check in too.

We are very sorry for the miscommunication. Our hours are Mon - Fri 6am -9am and Sat & Sun 6am -10am. However, our breakfast hours are posted in both our elevators on the doors. Per your suggestion we will now make it much clearer for guest to see the hours. We hope to see you again soon.

The Tru seems to be the Best Western equivalent of Hilton, except not as comfortable. There's no dresser, no real closet, and the "furniture" looks like it came from Office Depot (in fact, I have bookshelves at home that look like this stuff). There was also a desk, in a corner, with ZERO lighting. Kind of makes it impossible to view this as a place that professionals can stay if they have work on the road to complete.

What I didn’t like is the young kids who were in the room next to us that started slamming their room door over and over starting at 1 am each night several times and running the hallways because they were drunk. Called the front desk to let them know and she said her hands were tied on what to do because she did call their room but they didn’t stop. So since they woke my entire family up for the second night we left earlier than expected because it was just disrespectful. Other than that first night it was so quiet and great and is a really great hotel besides the noise from the college kids. A protocol should be in place for situations like that with the hotel employees so they can in force rules of noise control.

I did not receive housekeeping services. I asked front desk if this could be done and was told they all left for the day. Also, while very comfortable, my bed was made up with a fitted sheet, flat sheet, the a bed skirt, followed by a quilt. Not a comforter. A bed skirt?!?

The hotel is not a luxury hotel, but it has great amenities and was very clean. The room was a little small, but had everything you need. Elevators are pretty fast and we did not have to wait long. There is a pool table and games in the lobby which is a nice touch. The only con for us was that we booked for 2 nights and there was only 2 bath towels. We like clean towels and we do not do room service every day. Overall, it is a great value and a nice hotel. We will definitely stay here again.

Quiet nights sleep
Room was clean and comfortable, didn't like the pillows, and there was only a little bit of body wash in the shower. Was very quiet and i did get a good night's rest. Would suggest a night light so i don't have to leave light on in bathroom. I like the concept of the shampoo, conditioner, body wash they have but i have arthritis in my hands and it makes it hard to squeeze to get the product out of the bottle. Staff was very nice . Weird that there was no one at the front desk when i checked out at 4 am just a box that says to put keycards in

This is a nice clean quiet hotel I felt very welcomed breakfast was great employees were very nice and always had smiles on their faces!!! Loved the shower I was looking for a microwave but it was down stairs in the lobby
