"The kiosk-only check-in is an awkward process and time consuming if there is a line. The "grab and go" breakfast is a joke: granola bars, pre-packaged mini muffins, the decaf coffee container was empty, and there is nowhere to sit. The rooms are basic and without the ocean view there are no redeeming values. I will select another hotel if I visit again."

"There was a problem with my Expedia reservation confirmation number when I tried to check in, but after 30 mins. and a call to Expedia, we got into our room and had a great stay. The location is directly across from the harbor and a great restaurant for fish and chips. The complimentary breakfast is nice. Gotta love Belgian waffles!"
