"The Grand Zuri is a professionally run hotel that would be at home in an Australian capital city. The staff were friendly and helpful. The hotel is undergoing some building work which wasn’t a problem during my stay. "

"Staff was nice but not many of them. Hotel was worn down, not maintained. Aircon didn’t work well. Nothing in the room. Overpriced for what you get. I won’t go again. There was also a cockroach in the bathroom- I realize this can’t be totally controlled but with everything else it didn’t help. Food was ok from kitchen. Overall disappointed for the price I paid. Rooftop pool was nice. But no service there- no towels…etc. kind of abandoned. Worth about 60-70/night "

"i think the kindest thing might be to say that its not set up for foreign guests - but the reality is it was disgracefully dirty and how they can get away with calling it 5 stars is beyond me - I left and went to Murcure, totally unacceptable for any guests."
