We had to stay a week due to dr appts for my friend . This place is beautiful, it's like an apt the rooms have a sectional couch and the cleaning staff are amazing. Nikki and Honnie made our stay very comfortable and we appreciate them and will definitely stay again . Best hotel in Paducah Ky!

The toilet was not seated properly. The shower drain was not installed properly. The shower also was not particularly clean. The breakfast was sub par. The bed was nice.

The exterior was not clean. A dead bird was 20 feet off to the left of the front entrance and was there for all 3 days I was there.

I didn't realize that I had booked another hotel room in Paducah the same evening. When our plans changed, I cancelled the other room, not realizing that I had booked this room too. I didn't respond to notifications because it said to disregard if I had already cancelled. I had never done this before in all the times I've booked through and would have thought that I would have received a question about that. We didn't use the room and unfortunately got charged. If there's any way to get any type of credit, it would be greatly appreciated.

We were disappointed with the front desk staff a couple of time. We'd had a long drive and wanted to check in about an hour early and were informed that there was an early check-in fee. When I expressed that we've never had a fee before, the fee was waived. However, our friend who was traveling with us (in a different car) had not been offered that opportunity and was sitting outside in her car. Eventually she was included in the waiver. Later that evening, my husband went to the front desk to ask if he could get a yogurt and spoon to take some medication. We've requested that before when it was inconvenient to travel with a cooler and were never denied. However, this time the woman at the front desk was abrupt and said, 'we don't do that.' We know that there was yogurt available because it was there in the morning.

Not ever again.
Bathroom was not cleaned. Had dirty washcloths hanging on shower rod. Black smudges everywhere. Beds are so tall it made it very difficult to even get in. Pillows are horrible. Neighbors arguing all night but couldn’t reach staff.

Upon arrival all front desk staff and a few other staff were outback smoking and myself and other customers waiting to check in waited for over 30 minutes to be helped. Finally another hotel customer went outback and told them they had people waiting to be checked in7
