Rooms for improvement
Overall is not bad but there are two issues need to highlight. The pillow is too soft, not firm enough to support the neck. The morning breakfast a thumb down for me. Not much choices and same menu everyday. Staffs are friendly and always put on a smile n greet everyone.

Excellent hotel in a very convenient location - we found all precautions against Covid are well in place - working professionals are very nice and customer friendly - this is my second visit during last 6 months

ห้องพักสวยงามสะอาด ใกล้แหล่งท่องเที่ยวบนถนนเส้นหลักกับสวนน้ำเขาใหญ่ ที่สามารถเดินไปได้เลย ราคาดีมาก ถ้าเทียบกับห้อง การตกแต่งสวย แต่อาหารเช้าธรรมดาไปหน่อย และในตัวรร เองไม่ค่อยมีอะไรนอกจากสระว่ายน้ำ

Le Monte Khao Yai Hotel is a 4 star Spanish design hotel, hotel really very nice with their design, hotel breakfast selections also not bad, breakfast area a little small, we booked two rooms and my rooms aircon was too cold even adjusted to 32 degree but still very cold, in the end my husband off the aircon, there was nothing surrounding the hotel cause Khao Yai still needs to develop more like Hua Hin.

Stay experience
Room is spacious and comfortable super king size bed. Room look a little tired and need a little uplift. Staff are warm, friendly and helpful. Housekeeping is concerning and I’ve given the feedback to hotel directly. I stayed for 3 nights but chose not to change the bed sheets for green reason. This means cleaning time is reduced. However, soiled cups are not cleared from minibar top. Used shower caps and shampoo bottles are also not removed from the vanity top. Overall a comfortable stay apart from the cleanliness portion.

Overall experience fairly good. Breakfast choices ok, no hot water to basin, adjoining door not soundproof, water running down bathroom wall from above room.

Good place to stay
The hotel is beautiful and about 200m from Thames Valley and very close to most attractions. Most importantly it’s hakf the cost of Thames Valley. Recommended 👍

We booked 3 rooms for 2 nights here. The trip to Khao Yai has been especially memorable, with the excellent service rendered by the staff who were always helped us readily. One staff stood up in particular. Kang was always proactive and ready to help. We were travelling with 2 elderlies and one was on wheelchair. Just when we were wondering how to overcome the steps that led to the restaurant for breakfast, she started setting tables near the pool for us. We were absolutely grateful when she even set up a pool umbrella to shield us from the morning sun when the sun was up, and adjusted it periodically. The staff also helped us to bring the food to our tables. The staff are always proactive and cheery. We visited the restaurant at the hotel out of convenience for lunch one day... and was pleasantly surprised that it was empty although it was open. We were so satisfied with the meal and service that we returned for dinner the same day. The food was yummy and reasonably priced.

Good hotel. Should be generous with drinking water
The hotel is great and clean, but I should mention that I asked for a bottle of water to fill up my teapot because the 2 free bottles were in the fridge, the service came and gave me a warm bottle but took one bottle from the fridge...I was surprised because this is the first time happened to me when I ask for drinking water for my teapot. Hotels should allow for teapot water. In general it’s a great hotel, very clean and good location. But should be more generous with drinking water especially when you pay over 3000฿ Per night.

The hotel is perfect and I love the pool view from the room. The only thing that upset me is there is no hot shower. We did a feedback and hopefully the hotel can do something on it.

Somewhat of a "Ghost Hotel" as only one of the three restaurants was open, the concierge desk was not manned, the bar/lounge was closed as well as the pool side bar. We spent three hours in the restaurant dining with friends and we were the only customers the whole evening. The advertised 'Happy Hour" specials were not honored and in fact the staff was not aware of them. Also, none of the dessert items listed on the menu were available. Another very annoying fact was that the same song was played on a continuous loop for three hours! The breakfast buffet was disappointing in the amount of selections, quality of food and service. The staff were more interested in talking and playing on their phones than clearing dishes from our table.

Very nice and polite staff, clean facilities, good and various buffet food, however, maintenance department should utilities regularly. But they came promptly to check a shower heater issue. Generally, good stay.

The staff serving us in the breakfast area was approachable , we try to enquire some tourist information , they provide us very detail information which i find it very good . We stay during a low peak period , we are the only occupants . Good security , quiet n good for relaxation .

Godt, men afsides beliggende
Vi ankom udenfor sæsonen, så hotellet var stort set tomt. Da hotellet ligger ved en mindre by, så er udvalget af spisesteder meget begrænset, og udover Khao Yai nationalpark, så er der ikke meget andet at foretage sig. Værelserne var pæne, rummelige og velholdte. Eneste minus var bruseren, hvor vandtrykket var meget lavt. Alt andet fungerede upåklageligt. Grundet de meget få gæster, så var morgenmaden ikke det store at skrive hjem om, men det tænker jeg er anderledes i højsæsonen.
