"The property and trips were excellent. But the transportation to and from airport was exceedingly poor. We paid extra for the premier car but the first car to the hotel was decrepit, and the second car to the airport turned up late and had other passengers.- it was supposed to be a private transfer. We were not pleased considerign we paid for the premium service"

"The hotel was clean and comfortable. The staff was very friendly and quite efficient. We use the transportation at the hotel. IVAN was our guide, very pleasant, knowledgeable and knew all the right places to take us. We went to the Panama Canal, the Malls, Free Zone, he was great. The four days were well spent."
