They told us we would have use of all the pools We where not allowed to use any pool and after complaining they offered us to use one pool at $75us per person for one afternoon

We had a 2 night stay at the Tawala and everything was was just great The room was spacious and elegant and the staff were always happy to look after every detail

접근성이 정말 좋았어요:) 조식도 괜찮았고, 풀장 컨디션이나 직원분들의 친절도 모두 매우 만족합니다! 체크아웃 후 비치타올 대여료가 나오는 점과 객실 클리닝 서비스 시 물품이 잘 채워지지 않는 부분이 살짝 아쉬웠지만, 전반적으로 매우 만족하고 다음에 재방문하고 싶습니다! 행복한 기억 가득 안고 갑니다♡

Really nice resort where we had a comfortable stay. The rooms are really nice, breakfast was really good, catering for both western and eastern travellers taste, the pool was nice. We were there for new year's eve so the hotel was packed and it was a bit busy (check in took a very long time), but they had organised a very nice buffet dinner on the beach for all the guests which was great. The beach is a 5min walk to the hotel going through the parking of the other hotel. Overall a had great stay.

Stayed for a week. No regrets.
We Have stayed at Hennan Alona before and now prefer Tawala . Its newer and caters for less ppl. The large Resorts like Hennan and BE Grand attract mostly Korean Chinese clients. As a Australian do not expect to conversions with other ppl. Just saying. Hennan is great .this trip Tawala offered good value as we booked non refundable and in advance. Highly recommend. Only thing that bothered me a little was all the pillows are massive soft marshmallows. A few smaller pillows would be fantastic.
