Wouldn't stay again. Punch Holes in walls, tried to get us to pay for the booking again, car park insecure, hotel itself is insecure which resulted in random men walking through the hotel who weren't staying there. Challenged one and he walked out the hotel n car park. I didn't trust the place for my family stay we left before we could even get breakfast.

Basic hotel
We booked this hotel for a short stay in Paris, due to the location being equidistant to Paris and Euro Disney. The location is great and the price was very good. In a nutshell, you get what you pay for. Do not expect great service or luxury - this is a basic hotel. It served our purpose and met our needs.

A clean place to stay for cheap if looking to be on a budget. Great for doing the city and Disneyland as the station near by is direct to both. Rooms are small, beds are… fine. Bathrooms are tiny. Only frustrated that the front door access code changed. They send you one, then apparently it changes to the one you use for your room the second day. Which, at midnight and you’ve been going all day, was a horrible experience. Also, not accessible, no elevator

Be careful not to pay twice
When we arrived at 2230 the front door was locked (I was told beforehand by the hotel this would be the case and given a code to access our room) However when I entered the code the only way I could enter the hotel was to pay again for the room (having already paid Hotels.com). I chased this up and have been refunded but this isn't exactly ideal if you don't have a lot of money on your card. In the morning I found the staff at the hotel decent despite the language barrier. The room was ok for our needs, by no means luxurious but what we expected.

Rooms way too small for four people
Reception staff very friendly and nice. Hotel condition was OK. There was a bit weird smell on floors. Rooms are old and having marks but they are clean which is more important for us. On site parking is free and locked overnight which is great! Room we have been given for four people was way too small… otherwise hotel was OK.

Cheap hotel, you get what you pay for
Hotel room is very small with only one chair to sit on. One towel per person, no hand towels. Room was cleaned every day and was ok. Breakfast was ok with a choice available, muesli, scrambled egg, bacon etc but eating area when busy there is not enough seating area and guests have to wait. Inconvenient if you want out early. Location is 15 minute walk from train station. Not a very nice area and I would not want to walk through the area at night as groups of men hanging around. There is a Lidl close by with a KFC and a Steakhouse. I would not return to this hotel or neighbourhood.

Comfortable hotel near to good transport links.
Hotel easy to find from motorway. Comfortable clean rooms. Ours was very quiet. Very near (5 minutes walk to end of street) to two restaurants but others a short walk away. Hotel 20 minutes walk from RER station to go into Paris. Staff very welcoming. Breakfast varied and copious. Secure free parking. Would go back to this hotel.

Great midway point for Paris and Disneyland
The hotel was very well placed, only a 10min walk to the train station. The train only takes 20 mins to get to the city centre and are every 10 mins. There are a lot of restaurants just outside the hotel and also some fast food places, there is also a shopping centre by the train station. The hotel itself was clean and very quiet although busy. Breakfast is a typical French buffet but there are only a small number of seats available for breakfast and had to wait for a seat most mornings. We chose this hotel over others right by the train station as others had some bad reviews about people hanging around at night, after going for a walk one night you can see a lot of people hanging around the alley ways of the other hotels, but the walk over the bridge to this hotel and there is nothing and the hotel felt very secure.

Nous avons séjourné dans l'hôtel à deux nuit d intervalle. Et nous avons retrouvé des traces de notre passage deux jour avant .( Un gobelet sur le côté du lit ) . Les coussins sentaient l'huile de friture et les matelas sont fins et peu confortable dans le lit 2 personnes de la chambre familiale. Personnel très aimable et sympathique et lieu plutôt bien insonorisé. Par contre nous avons payé plus cher en passant par hôtels.com nous aurions gagné 6€ par nuit en payant directement sur place .
