Breakfast waiting time is too long. Only provide two bottles of water per room on first day for arrival no matter how many days of staying in the hotel. On the check out day, the room service started before 10 am.

This hotel is conveniently placed and is the closest to the Disneyland parks. You can walk to it from the train station. The bedroom was very large but the bathroom was surprisingly small, with difficult access to the bathtub/shower.

Disney has excellent customer service. It was a nice hotel. The property is very nice. I would recommend. The only draw back is the price, but it is worth it.

Disneyland dream.
The Hotel itself is beautiful, clean and breathtaking if you are a big Disney fan!!! We had a family room which accommodates 5adults the room and hotel is spotlessly clean. only 2 mugs in the rooms and not enough tea, milk, hot chocolate for each person the room accommodated...we requested more which took over an hour to get. Reception was so busy and no visible next in line order of fashion. Then on departure day we asked about our bags to be stored. We were told they would be collected from room, told them our departure time, then went to baggage desk to collect bags to be told they were ready and if we were being picked up by car they would bring them straight out for us. I went out to check to be told they would be there as we were on a time schedule and had a flight to catch. Anyway the Uber arrived and shock the bags weren't there, still in our room the other side of the hotel. Now given the price we paid I just think it should of been better. We spent 2 nights at the Magic circus b&b hotel and in terms of customer service that was much better.

房間美麗舒適，整個飯店看起來很新又華麗，員工親切。唯一缺點就是自助早餐選擇少，種類幾乎和我們前一晚住的Disney hotel Cheyenne一樣，而且座位安排不佳，我們被安排在空間很小的雙人座，左右兩邊的客人的桌子非常靠近，甚至讓我們不方便起身離開座位，當時整個餐廳有一半都是空位，實在不應該把我們擠在那種位置

Ma famille et moi avons passé un excellent séjour à l'hôtel Disneyland Paris. Les chambres étaient impeccables, spacieuses et confortables. Le personnel était chaleureux et accueillant, et le service était impeccable. Cependant, nous avons été un peu déçus de constater qu'il n'y avait pas de cacahuètes dans notre chambre, et qu'il n'y avait pas de mouchoirs non plus. Ce sont de petits détails, mais cela aurait été agréable de les avoir à disposition. Malgré cela, nous avons passé un séjour fabuleux et nous sommes impatients de revenir à l'avenir. L'hôtel Disneyland Paris est vraiment au top pour des vacances en famille.

Un très beau 5 étoiles
Après une disponibilité de notre chambre à presque 19h, le service la qualité des prestations étaient parfaits. Isolation sonore entre les chambres et le couloir à revoir.
