We have been to Paris many times and this was our first stay at Hotel Grand Powers. From our first entrance, we felt very taken care of and special. The staff was incredibly welcoming and helpful. We stayed for 4 nights in a room with a balcony (2nd floor). The room had one king sized bed and beautiful decor. The bathroom was marble and had a tub/shower combo and single vanity. The heated towel bar was a great touch. They offered robes & slippers. We were celebrating birthdays and we we welcomed by a sign & balloons, very nice touch. My husband sent champagne & macaroons to the room when we arrived, which were lovely. The bed was very firm, so if you aren't used to that, you will be surprised. The bath products are nice, but very fragrant, so if that's an issue for you, I would suggest bringing your own travel shampoo & soap. The lobby offered bubbles, tea, & light snacks throughout the day, which was very nice. The hotel bar was super charming with great cocktails and snacks. We did not have dinner there, although, the menu looked good. We did have room service one night very late (1 a.m.) and it came promptly and was by no means fancy, but did the trick. For context, I travelled with my 15 year old daughter. The room we stayed in is definitely just for 2 people. The closet was nice and there were built-in drawers in the dressing area. Daily we were left with a bottle of water each, which was nice. I would definitely stay again.

Fantastic stay in centre of Paris!
Great hotel 2 minutes walk from Champs Elysees. Very nice spacious rooms. Great welcoming staff. Would definitely stay again although we didn’t get the free upgrade for gold members (which we are!).

This is an exceptional hotel in a great location just blocks from many main attractions and shopping. It’s always hard to know exactly where to stay in Paris because there are so many options, but I was really pleased with our choice this time and would definitely stay here again. Grand Powers also stands out for their exceptional service. While everyone we dealt with was helpful, Hugo in particular went above and beyond to assist us with multiple things during our stay.

Broken shower but good service recovery
Our room was not ready since we arrived early. Once we got to our room the hot water didn’t work in the shower. After some time attempting to repair, we were moved to a new upgraded room which was nice. The clothes steamer we requested didn’t work and we were charged $100 for it. We notified staff of the error and it was taken off our bill. Unfortunate glitches in an otherwise memorable stay. Staff were very responsive!

The Grand Powers is a wonderful boutique hotel located in a very tony section of Paris. We had adjoining rooms, which were very spacious for our 4 person family, especially for Paris standards. But it is the staff that sets this hotel apart. The service is the best you will find anywhere. Truly 5 star. Bravo Grand Powers!

Beautiful hotel with excellent service. Not cheap but higher price was justified. Also, we were with our granddaughter so we paid for a larger room. Very spacious and quiet. Staff was professional and made every effort to keep us happy. Well located to many sites. About a 10-15 minute walk to Metro. Breakfast was OK but nothing special. Would definitely stay here again.

This is the most comfortable hotel I stayed in Paris. Among all the compliments I can offer, three stand out. Location within the golden triangle is so so convenient for easy access to shopping and dining, while you don’t feel noisy or unsafe. Cafe 52 is super for an easy lunch, offering really enjoyable and beautiful dishes. Last but probably the most important, all every staff is engaging communicating and feel welcoming from heart. We got so spoiled by their fluent English that sometime I ask am I really in Paris.

Wonderful boutique hotel in the heart of Paris. We stayed in the Suite Elegance which was incredible. Amazing views of the Eiffel Tower, worth the extra. Breakfast was really fresh with a great buffet as well as cooked options. A special mention to Christine from the concierge who arranged all our restaurants and was a wealth of information for our weekend.
