The building is in excellent condition. Decent neighborhood, room assigned to us was clean including bedding, linens and towels. The only negative issue was the shower set up. Overall, I’ll recommend this hotel to anyone.

Our stay at this hotel was an experience in understated charm and elegance. Excellent breakfast!!!! This hotel was a huge part in a wonderfully memorable holiday in exquisite Paris.

A pleasant surprise
The hotel was lovely, staff were friendly and accommodating. We arrived early to check in and our luggage was safely stored in the hold until we could check in fully, leaving us to explore the city easily. Breakfast was very good, the hotel was clean and well managed. Our room was comfortable and clean. I'd happily stay in this hotel in future and loved how close it was to the train station (10 min walk).

Enjoy Montparnasse
Perfect little hotel near Montparnasse station, very helpful reception, lift, good breakfast, walking distance to Montparnasse Tower, catacombs, cemetery, cafes, nice avenues for cycling or strolling. Metro Parnaty no working escalator sadly!

No frills hotel near Montparnasse. I took a great price for a one night stay ahead of a work meeting so price wise it’s good if you’re out all day. Downsides: toilet seat wasn’t completely clean, and extremely noisy in the morning (got room 2 in the ground floor), from pipes and other rooms noises.

Great little hotel with good quality bed
Fabulous little tourist hotel near Montparnasse station - lovely staff - clean and comfortable. Good quality firm mattress which is essential for me as I have a bad back - I’ll definitely return here - great value for money - sure there’s a bit of chipped paint and the rooms are minuscule but the balcony overlooking the courtyard gave a feeling of space and the room and bathroom were spotless . Highly recommended

On the pictures, the place looks great! On reality, it is totally different. First, rooms are too small, carpet looks old, elevator does not fit more than 3 people. You become clastorphobic inside. No parking but on here, Orbitz shows free parking. We stayed one night and looked for another hotel. Not going back.

Mr Willie, We are surprised with your opinion about our rooms because all of them have been renovated and the majority of our guest are very pleased with their comfort. Besides we don't understand your criticism concerning the elevator, especially on those days with the covid19 where it's forbiden more than 2 persons inside... Anyway, I suggest you to book in a 4 or 5 stars hotel, maybe a palace where the rooms will surely be amazing but it's not the same price... Regards, Angela/Front desk manager

Lovely gem in the heart of Paris
Lovely property in a very central location, very close to public transportation and access to Gare Montparnasse. The staff is great and all of them will go an extra mile to make sure you are comfortable

Good hotel, but needs renovation
I was here two years before, and that time it was better. Now the hotel itself is still decent. Location is nice, supermarket is just few meters away. Mattresses are comfy. I didn't try breakfast, so hove no idea if it is good. But! They ask for 150! euros deposit by credit card per room per stay. It wasn't like this before. Of course you should receive your money back if nothing happens, but you need to consider to have this amount available during the check in. The paint job in rooms and corridors needs to be updated. It decayed a lot since 2019 and influence overall hotel experience. TV has only basic french channels. Before there were more. And despite the bathroom looked clean, shower head was covered with nasty mold, so nobody actually cleaned it in ages.

I liked this hotel.
Everything was good. Location is good - close to Metro station and walking distance to train station Montparnasse. The man on the reception was very affable, breakfast was delicious. The room was small, but it wasn't a big problem.

Great place near Montparnasse

Convenient to Montparnasse station, the room was cute and clean. A very nice stay. They don't provide a refrigerator, but we used the balcony to chill drinks since the weather was cold during our stay.

It was a brief stay during the Paris transport strike; it was a clean, comfortable room although the TV stopped working on our last day; they sent the cleaning lady to try & fix it but of course she couldn’t. The reception desk was very friendly & helpful & the breakfast was great. The only complaint we have is that hotels.com refused to accept our request to change it from 3 days to 2 days, This was not the fault of the hotel! We made the change online Within less than 24 hrs with a comment on our reservation) & with a phone call to the hotel as well as o chat on hotels.com , to no avail! So we paid for 3 nights for a 2-night stay! Very disappointing!

The staff was incredibly RUDE!! They made a mistake with my reservation and expected me to arrive a day later than my actual PAID arrival date. When we sorted out the error they acted like it was MY FAULT and were quite rude with giving me a room, which in the end was super small and not what I expected. I would never return to this hotel again.

The lady overseeing breakfast was absolutely lovely and was constantly checking to make sure every food item was available and topped up. The food was varied, fresh and tasty and having breakfast available from 6:30 until 10:30 is unique in my experience. The location itself was perfect to see everything Paris has to offer, from a ten minute walk to the Catacombs, to a five minute walk to the metro, taking you to every famous tourist spot for just a couple of euros. The rooms are compact but just what we needed as a base for your "Tourist de Paris" experience. I would certainly recommend this little bed and breakfast and if we were to visit Paris again, we WILL be booking with them again.

Great hotel in great location
We had a great two night stay at the hotel. We arrived before check in and we’re going to leave our luggage at reception but we were very lucky when front of house told us a room would be ready in ten minutes. Being able to check in early and freshen up was a lovely bonus since we’d been up since 4am! The room was clean with everything we needed and the bed was large and comfortable. The area was very quiet with a supermarket very close by and the metro station less than a five minute walk which was perfect for exploring the city. Montparnesse train station was less than 15 minutes walk away also. Very happy with our stay and would definitely stay again if we were to return to the city. Highly recommended
