My home away from home when transferring via Paris CDG airport. Love the fact I always get the same room on the same floor to watch airliners taxi from the runway to the gate or gate to the runway . Amazing airport view as well

Check-in clerk was pretentious and not helpful. Information given about how to contact the front desk to get info we needed for our airline check-in the next day was inaccurate. Clarification about the airport shuttle was not given - we were simply told that 'there would be signage' and we would never have found the shuttle unless one of us had gone around the property before we went to bed and made sure of its location.

Fair value for your money
Serves its purpose as airport hotel. Roomsnare ok but bathrooms could you a reno. One stay my bathroom was out of shower gel completely. Restaurant has a buffet dinner and breakfast which is pretty good and convenient but staff is aweful. I finished dinner before i got asked if i wanted amything to drink. Stayed here 3 times now, same impression every time. Overall price-quality ratio is fair but nothing really to write home about.

Not Mercure Standards.
The room itself was quite dirty - we needed to request new pillow cases because they were stained. The safe battery died so required assistance there. Shower wasn’t very clean. The wood around the entry to the washroom door frame was rotting away and the door to the washroom was broken. Just not up to the mercure standards we are used to having stayed in many across Europe. However, front desk was so kind and helpful. Breakfast was definitely not worth 20 euros per person.

The staff demeanour was not the kindest. We couldn’t check in before 2 pm but they didn’t offer us anything while waiting 1.5 hrs to check in after a long flight. It’s a busy hotel hosting cabin crew mainly so the main advantage you will get is the convenience to get to the airport. Wouldn’t stay there again as I didn’t like the general vibe.

This property was the furthest from the CDG tram which I did not realize when I booked. The carpets are stinky and only paper cups to use. The beds are tiny and uncomfortable- I made a mistake on this booking.

I'd pass on this if I were you. Lots of features are outdated and not as nice as the pictures make it out to be. Our room was bare bones but clean. Super stuffy when we walked in and the AC wasn't working. The windows also don't open so no way to get air, we ended up proping the entry door to get air from the hallway. We tried their restaurant the first night and only a buffet was available. Though reluctant we gave it a go. Not a whole lot of options, food lacking any flavor, and wayyyy overpriced!

Although the hotel advertises as providing a shuttle service, when asking to reserve a time-slot to go to the airport, we were told using a taxi was a better option. Also, there’s only one restaurant on-site and it doesn’t open until 7 pm. The rooms remind me of a Motel 6 in quality.

It was a short walk from the airport tram. It was drizzling when we got to our stop, but most of the sidewalk was covered. The staff were very friendly and knowledgable. The bed was saggy.

Comfortable room conveniently located near CDG
The room is comfortable, an easy walk from the airport train. The reception folk were very friendly. Our only complaint was that no one would pick up the phone when we tried to order room service. We had to come downstairs to order. The food was overpriced and somewhat mediocre. My Caesar salad with crispy chicken was actually a Caesar salad with cheap chicken nuggets on top. Bad, fast-food processed chicken nuggets that were slightly cold in the middle. The breakfast was great. The only other complaint I have is that there was no cold water available from the bathroom sink (only scalding hot water) so we had to go down to the bar to fill our water bottles or pay 8 euros for the bottled water in the mini fridge in our room...

bad check in process
the check in process was terrible. we arrive late at night with young children. the room didnt had conecting door and all 3 rooms didnt have tawels for all. it took forever to get seteled in the room. i have a member card (which he didnt find) and i have reservation for VIENNA in July .thinking i will cancel it!

The hotel is pretty clean and the staff was very helpful. We arrived around 11 am and we had to pay an extra of 30 euros for "early checking" and there is no shuttle between the airport and the hotel so 50 euros extra for transportation. Other than that we were pleased with the room.
