Beautiful location right on the lake! Hotel was very nice and we loved our room. Only complaint would be waiting to be checked in by the man at the front desk. He was on the phone and could have acknowledged us in someway but ignored us for 10 minutes until his call was complete.

We visited this property for a short weekend away and were very pleased! The staff were very friendly and helpful; the hotel was clean; all amenities were available and clean (pool, breakfast, onsite restaurant). Being close to Keuka lake was nice and outdoor furniture was available (even though our stay was chilly). I’d highly recommend!

This is a beautiful hotel right on the lake- 1st floor rooms are walk-out with a patio area with seating and beautiful sunset views across the lake. Fantastic room and great value.

The room we were assigned had a musty odor because of poor ventilation, and it would have been nice if the staff had offered us a room with a view, especially since the hotel was mostly empty when we arrived and following day. Please consider avoiding room 226 if possible.

Excellent, helpful, professional staff. Good location both for visiting downtown Penn Yan and exploring the Finger Lakes. Quiet room with excellent view of Lake Keuka.

Great location right on the lake! We were taking our daughter to visit Keuka College and decided to come the night before. Close to many restaurants and breweries which we really enjoyed. The hotel bar was a nice suprise and staff was very friendly. Great over all stay and would highly recommend!

Beautiful property right on the lakefront. Our room had a commanding view of Keuka Lake. The hotel is up-to-date, and well-kept. Our room was comfortable, clean, and a cut above an ordinary motel. The Hot breakfast was excellent. They did not skimp. (scrambled eggs, sausage, oatmeal, fresh waffles, good coffee, and more.). The staff were helpful and the price was right. Definitely would recommend.

Highly recommend
We had a great time during our weekend here! We were given a lake view room, the room was clean and up to date. Staff was always present and ready to assist with whatever. And not once did I have to interrupt a staff member from their cell phone conversation or social media browsing... because they weren't constantly on their phones. And not once did I have to ask a staff member to repeat what they said because I couldn't understand them the first time. Breakfast was ok, standard continental fare, but the two mornings we were there, the hot food served was different each day, not the same as the day before. This was our 2nd stay here, and will definitely be at the top of our list for future visits to the finger lakes region.

Perfect Spot
We have stayed here several times and we keep coming back. Friendly, accommodating staff, beautiful view, clean as can be. Pool/hot tub/fitness center area is kept clean and it's obvious that the hotel staff pays attention to it. We love it here and will continue to stay here on our Finger Lakes getaways.

Our recent stay was perfect. The staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The room was clean, loved the view of the lake. The restaurant next door (The Main Deck) had delicious food, great staff and also a nice view.
