Great location to walk to multiple dining options and the Saenger Theater. An older motel revived to give the feeling of a classy boutique hotel. Clean, neat and great staff. Free parking lot parking! Happy Hour with beer, wine and snacks was a great offering, as well as a nice assortment of grab and go breakfast items. Will definitely stay here again!

The location was great and the staff was nice. The room I stayed in was kind of dirty and the beds were old and uncomfortable. The shower was very small. At 6'-1", the shower ceiling was a little over my head and the shower head was at about shoulder height (it did have very hot water though!)...oh and the shower pan had a soft spot in it that was cracked and led to the drain. The parking was a joke, the parking spots were not even full length, nor was there enough space to maneuver around...and I'm pretty sure there was not enough spots to service all of the rooms. It was way too expensive for what you get, so they are really taking advantage of their location, since that is all they really have to offer. I would not stay here again.
