We loved our stay, beautiful hotel
We nearly didn't stay here due to some negative reviews but we are so pleased we ignored them. Our room was very modern a nice size with everything you needed. We paid for a Seaview and terrace which was definitely worth the extra cost. The roof top spa is perfect along with the roof top bar. The hotia right in the seafront near bars and restaurants. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

We booked a Suite (60 m2 with panoramic sea view, sofa) & were charged £463 in advance. When we arrived, told our room unavailable due to problem with bathroom. Asked what was wrong with bathroom, manager unable to say but offered another room "as good" as what we'd paid for. When we saw it, hugely disappointed as only had partial side-on sea view (mostly looking over carpark at back) and only 22m2! One chair to sit on instead of sofa, nowhere near as nice as Suite booked. Felt we had no choice as we had already paid, so accepted the room on agreement we would be refunded difference in room rate between room & what we'd paid for. Asked repeatedly about refund during stay. On checkout told it had to be sorted out through Hotels.com later. As we were leaving saw the manager pulling same stunt on another couple being shown different room to one expected! Wonder how often hotel books out expensive rooms and then bumps guests down to inferior ones. After we left, informed we'd been refunded just £57, nowhere near difference in price between the two rooms according to hotel's website (room given was three price levels below what we'd paid for, refund should be nearer £150 inc. taxes). Hotels.com hiding behind excuse that hotel refusing to pay refund. Surely this is fraud, to charge £463 upfront for 62m2 Suite but provide a 22m2 inferior one, then refuse to refund difference. So our advice to anyone considering a stay at the Hotel Grand in Perros-Guirec is JUST DON'T

Beautiful hotel in Perros-Guirec-Guerec
Beautiful hotel located across from the beach. Room was excellent, bed comfortable, room clean & had all the amenities needed. Service issue was for delay with room service for breakfast, coffee was cold & items ordered not there. Had to call 4 times to get it right. Would definitely return but would skip room service.

Almost Perfect
The good: Wonderful hotel built on the best location in town. The sea views are amazing, and the short walk to amenities, hiking paths, and the town center - as well as the rooftop spa - made it so we were able to park the car and leave it for a few days (side note: free parking in a place/location like this was really nice. It was busy in town, and we came in the low season. I can only imagine trying to find a place to park in the summer!). The service staff was always very pleasant. We enjoyed the decor, and overall, we would definitely come back. The bad: The internet went out for the entire day on our last full day. When we asked about it, we got a shoulder shrug and a "Yep, it's out," but no explanation or time to repair. It was still out when we checked out. Considering that people conduct business, go to school, or just run apps on the TV using the internet, this was not cool. At the rates paid for the hotel, one expects the Wi-Fi to work or a backup to be in place. Beyond that, the elevators are very slow and small. The breakfast is grossly over-priced. I've seen similar spreads offered gratis in lesser hotels, but here they charge €20 per person. And staying with food, the main restaurant was exceptionally bland. This is a luxury resort hotel next to the ocean in France; the food game left much to be desired, and its that much more noticeable because, again, it's France.

Nous avons séjourné pour la deuxième fois dans cet hébergement, le personnel est toujours au top , gentil disponible et très professionnel. La première nuit de ce séjour était dans la partie annexe de l’établissement, nous avons demandé à passer la deuxième nuit dans le bâtiment principal, nettement plus pratique l’hiver pour l’accès au spa et petit déjeuner. Nous avons pu changer de chambre sans problème. Petit bémol avec l’ascenseur en panne dans la partie annexe et accès aux chambres par les coursives . Un petit surclassement aurait été apprécié pour notre seconde nuit . Petit déjeuner formidable avec vue extraordinaire et Fanny aux petits soins avec les clients .

Personnel au top, rapidité pour avoir la chambre (11h au lieu de 15h) et en plus on a été surclassé avec notre enfant de 2 ans, terrasse au lieu de balcon et vue mer 😀 Dormir avec le bruit des vagues, apaisant! Petit déjeuner un peu cher quand même mais très bon et agréable vue mer au roof top! Rien à dire, 24h à Perros-Guirec hyper agréable !!

Très bien situé, très propre et en excellent état. Le personnel à la réception est peu aimable alors qu’il est excellent au petit déjeuner. De jeunes stagiaires qui fument en groupe, au pied de notre bâtiment et les “musiques” de machines électroniques de l’hôtel que l’on entend nuit et jour à 10 mètres de notre chambre ne sont pas admissibles.

Bel hôtel, localisation parfaite.
Très bel hôtel. Vue magnifique sur la mer directement depuis notre chambre. Quel plaisir d’ouvrir la fenêtre dès le réveil et de se faire bercer par le bruit des vagues. Restauration de bon niveau. Petit déjeuner en roof-top très bien achalandé. Personnel disponible et attentif. Nous n’avons pas testé le casino et l’espace bien-être. Un break de 3 jours en semaine très apprécié.

Magnifique endroit pour séjourner à Perros Guirec. On peut faire le sentier des douaniers pour aller à Ploumanach qui s’avère une excursion grandiose par la beauté du parcours. Les restos sont succulents et la vue sur la mer est exquise!

Un hôtel avec une magnifique vue sur la plage de Trestaou et les 7 îles. Une chambre moderne, une literie très confortable. Une volonté d'apporter des équipements "technologiques" mais parfois au détriment de la prestation (exemple des rideaux électriques qui ne parvenaient pas à s'ouvrir). Il manquait néanmoins un peu de place pour une chambre "supérieure"en particulier dans le coin salle de bain et le coin bureau (compliqué de poser le plateau de courtoisie dessus, d'ailleurs pour gagner en place, le personnel utilise une des 2 tasses pour mettre le nécessaire café, thé.., sinon cela ne tient pas sur le plateau). Le gros point noir de l'établissement sont les ascenceurs. Vous ne pouvez pas indiquer lorsque vous l'appeler le sens dans lequel vous allez (montée ou descente). Vous vous retrouvez avec des gens qui descendent alors que vous souhaitez monter...les ascenceurs ne sont pas assez nombreux pour le nombre de clients, trop lents et mal étudiés. Le petit déjeuner en revanche est un vrai plus. Très grand buffet, qualitatif, grand choix situé sur le rooftop. Le spa quant à lui est également très agréable, mais dommage que seule l'heure d'arrivée est contrôlée et non l'heure également de départ, car le samedi vous vous retrouvez avec un véritable embouteillage..pas très détente. Mais dans l'ensemble, plutôt satisfait.
